What if you had the opportunity to interview Captain America himself, Chris Evans? What's the ONE THING you're just dying to know?

What If? - Captain American/Chris Evans


We've seen a few reports various bloggers/reporters being allowed onto the set of The First Avenger: Captain America. Although details are sketchy at best, the one thing that all of the visits have in common is a picture of the blogger/reporter with Captain America's shield. They all hint at things to come leading up to the release of the film, but nothing juicy has been released yet, with the exception of some great set photos and details from the most recent issue of Entertainment Weekly.

After reveiwing a few of these set visits, Jim (aka Galactus) and I found ourselves asking "What would the CBM users and fans REALLY want to know about the film and Captain American himself, Chris Evans?"... If you could sit down with Chris Evans and ask him ONE question, what would it be? Would it be something safe like "How long did it take you to bulk up to play Cap?", or something off the wall like "Has Revlon been after you for the Super Soldier Serum anti-aging secrets, or at least offered you a some type of contract?"

What's the fighting and action style going to be like? Acrobatic? Martial Arts? Boxing? Shield throwing? Stylized? Realistic?

Of course, this might not be a question for Evans, but he's got to have some idea.

-Would you play the lead role in "The Life and Times of Ryan Reynolds" if they ever offered you the part? Or would you even play Deadpool if Ryan got into an unfortunate accident?

Will you do everything you can to make sure to not make it seem like Human Torch. we want a very serious no bull Steve Rogers and we want to make sure we dont feel Johnny Storm. By the way you did Johnny Storm perfect and you were and Silver Surfer were really the only good things in those movies.

I think MassExecutions' question is great. I'd love to get a feel for what the action in this movie is going to be like (and if we'll see him in a large scale battle or just smaller missions)
So basically, I second Mass's question. If I have to come up with my own, I guess it's be: How would you describe the dynamic between Cap and Bucky in this movie and how central is it to this story?

I'd ask him if he thinks that his roles in "Push", "Street Kings", and "Cellular" made Marvel want him ((though he wasn't on their first short-list)). I mean: those three roles were quite serious and well done....particularly his role in "Street Kings".

Then again: I may want to ask him if he looks forward to working with Scarlet again seeing as ((to my knowledge)) the two haven't worked together since "The Perfect Score".

I wasn't impressed by Push and I haven't seen Street Kings, but his performance in Cellular was fantastic.

"What's it been like to film Captain America in the UK?"

"Are there any cast members in particular that you're looking forward to working with on The Avengers?"

"Are you familiar with Joss Whedon's work? And are you looking forward to working with him?"

"What have you thought of Marvel Studios movies like Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk?"

"If given the chance, would you like to return to the role of Johnny Storm?"

Oh, and that Hayley Atwell question that teabag suggested would be pretty essential as well! :D
