Coming November 24, 2012, AQUAMAN #14 introduces Aquaman's half-brother the Ocean Master into the New 52. This issue has Pete Woods guest as the artist to bring "THE OTHERS" to a close. Here's the textless cover for AQUAMAN #14 which shows us the new design. It begs the question, is this the mysterious partner that Black Manta has been working with?

"In the aftermath of “The Others,” who lives and who dies? And what is the fate of the Atlantean relics? In stores on November 28, AQUAMAN #14 continues the acclaimed underwater adventures of Arthur Curry and introduces the treacherous Ocean Master!"

@batz11: Agreed, start with Black Manta, build up to Ocean Master in a sequel, have Orm there as the supportive brother figure in the first, gaining Arthur's trust.
