4 Characters That Need To Be Included In Justice League

While BATMAN V SUPERMAN didn't set up the League's film well, that doesn't mean we're excited! While we have characters we would love to see on the big screen, how about adding a few additions that would be quite interesting...

5 Characters That Need To Be Included By Jeremius

FOR JUSTICE.jpg

Justice League is one movie you need to look forward too. Even after the lackluster reception of Batman V Superman but that shouldn't hold you back from getting  all excited for the first live action venture of the original superhero team. With a steady cast, and the movie looking to bring Darkseid and the mother boxes into the fold, things look good, while Zack 'The Hack' Snyder as most of us are calling him is still directing JL, considering WB has put control over him and put masterminds like Geoff Johns and Ben Affleck over his head to not make the same mistakes. To be certain, atleast the David S. Goyer won't have his hands over this film of the DC Universe.

But don't be worried, as there's a slim chance that this movie will be a game-changer for the DCEU and an all-around improvement over BVS. There are sure to be many characters in this film. The  Justice League itself and their supporting characters (Alfred) and i bet the side characters will be plenty as Amber Heard (get her away from Depp, man!) as Aquaman's love, Mera. Now, while that's good and neat and all that, there are some characters that need to be given some screentime or atleast appear, because let's  be certain that a lot of these characters showing up would be a definite pleaser.

1. Martian Manhunter

J'onn J'onz is a character loved by many. The tale of a martian who's home was destroyed is an interesting one, while many may or not view the character as a 'more alien version of Superman' his telepathy is a key part in his character and skill set, something which Supes doesn't have, now, does he? All said and done, this could be a good thing, as the inclusion of this character, would bring more viewersas many people now grown remember the original JL cartoon, in which J'onz was a part of. The character is a strong one, so it's natural that he needs his film debut.
Man, his inclusion would be nice. Plus, Willem Dafoe is playing a secret role in the movie, and i am sure they wouldn't waste an actor like Dafoe on a small character, so yep it's J'onz's time to shine.

2. Black Canary ( & Maybe Batgirl)

black and bat.jpg

Now, Black Canary is rumoured to appear in Justice League, but nothing confirmed, and let me tell ya' her inclusion leading to a Birds Of Prey movie or whatnot is exciting, considering that kind of movie would be great and serve as a good female-led superhero flick. She's a fierce fighter, and maybe, just maybe IF she appears, considering she's the love of Oliver Queen A.K.A Green Arrow to appear in the DCEU down the line. Now, let's talk about, well, maybe Batgirl is somewhat inserted into the film or atleast teased.

While the R-Rated cut of Dawn Of Justice may or may not include Jena Malone as Barbara Gordon, or Oracle, but the point is that i want to see her character involve or introduced, if she isn't in BVS and Zack's been trolling us all along and Jena is playing the real Lex Luthor. Considering the Lex we got, that wouldn't be that bad..

3. Darkseid

Darkseid is one of the League's biggest badies, and it's expected for him to show up in the first movie installment of the franchise. WRONG! As it's been rumoured that his cousin, Steppenwolf might take his place. WHAT, THE, WHAT? Now, i bet not much fans know about Steppenwolf and he's such an odd choice, but him reportedly being the creature in that bizzare BVS deleted scene, it would make sense to have him as the evil dude, but let's admit that Darkseid is a more superior choice for the spot of the bad alien guy, since he's been teased to death in BVS.

4. Green Lantern

Now, the first GL movie was a disaster, which is a shame considering how great the character, and his mythos is. But, he has a chance at movie redemption, considering the next GL movie is ‘Green Lantern Corps’ which is way, way, far in 2020 or so. Now, his introduction in the DCEU will be sooner, but not soon enough. As he’s been said to potentially appear in the second JL movie.

Now, isn’t that a kicker, huh? Well, he needs to appear in the main line-up, as he is an important part of the team, and one that has been around almost all the time. Maybe, Hal Jordan or John Stewart appear as the Lantern of the team, maybe both? But since in BVS, in the funeral of Superman a jet is seen flying up in the sky, not going in line with the others, and that’’s presumed to be a tease at Hal Jordan being abducted into space and all that. Plus, Dan Ambroyer is rumoured to be the GL of the DCEU, so that would be cool.

C O N C L U S I O N

Now, Justice League is far from being released, and recently started shooting, so we don't know much about it, and any character could appear. But fingers crossed, it's one of the characters listed here, for me, atleast. Sound off in the comments with your list, or the question of the day: Who's Your Favorite Justice League Member?

I can somewhat understand they hold off MM just because the origin is close to Superman a little bit, and the GA will prolly be meh towards it at first. I legit don't understand the lack of Green Lantern though. Just because the character had one, albeit terrible movie, they're going to just put such an awesome character on the back burner? Especially if they want a "lighter tone" Hal Jordan's presence would greatly benefit that, his back and forth with Batman and his buddy buddy relationship with Flash.

This isn't news, but an editorial. That being said l do agree with a lot of this. I presonantly hope Barbara is Oracle though, because l can't stand her as Batgirl. I'd be fine with Batgirl being in the movie, but it has to be Cassandra Cain instead.

I also agree that Martian Manhunter and Green Lantern need to be in the movie, because they more so than Cyborg are the real JL members. Both have been JL members for sixty or more years and by the time JL comes out on film Cyborg will only have seven years. So it is easy to see why they need to be in the film. I have no problem with Victor Stone being on the team, but J'onn J'onzz and Hal Jordan Need to be too.
