Planeta Cómic has a June packed with powerful stories, special editions, and releases that span all genres. From the return of the most iconic zombies to modern retellings of classic vampires, including noir, elite manga, and space fantasy, this month's catalog has it all. Here we share the highlights to help you prepare your reading list.

The monsters are back: Nosferatu and The Walking Dead

One of this month's star releases at Planeta Cómic is Nosferatu, the graphic novel by Diego Olmos that reinterprets Murnau's silent film classic from a gothic, political, and deeply personal perspective. With art that combines chiaroscuro with hues inspired by the tinted celluloid of Expressionist cinema, Olmos offers a renewed vision of the vampire myth, adding a layer of social critique where Count Orlok represents the decadence of the aristocracy in the face of the dignity of the working class.

Meanwhile, The Walking Dead continues its comprehensive hardcover edition with the second volume. This collection features the first issues of Robert Kirkman's comic with additional materials, sketches, and cover analysis, in a definitive collector's edition.

Author thriller: Newburn and The Good Asian

Noir fans rejoice. Chip Zdarsky and Jacob Phillips present the first Newburn compilation volume an urban thriller set in the New York criminal underworld where a loyalist detective tries to stay alive amidst the mafia wars. The pacing, artistry, and tension make this title an addictive read.

No less powerful is The Good Asian, a work set in 1930s San Francisco, starring a Chinese-American detective investigating a murder case amidst a climate of racism and repression. The story, written by Pornsak Pichetshote, combines the flavor of classic noir with a critical look at the social context of the time.

Superheroes with soul: Astro City, Spawn and, Madman

Astro City returns to Planeta Cómic with its second compiled volume, featuring one of its most celebrated stories: that of the failed supervillain who could become the savior of the world. The edition also includes an official tourist guide to the city, and more stories that explore the human—and sometimes grotesque—side of the heroes and villains who inhabit it.

Meanwhile, Spawn faces the return of Lord Vampire in a volume that collects issues #353-358 of Todd McFarlane's series. Demonic action, supernatural dilemmas, and spectacular art for fans of the quintessential antihero.

And for those looking for a burst of color and retro homage, comes the fifth volume of Madman, by Michael Allre , which collects unpublished stories, raritiesa celebration of pop aesthetics, classic science fiction  uand nderground philosophy.

Erica Slaughter and the Monster Hunters

There's Something Killing Children reaches its eighth volume. In this installment, we go back in time to learn about Erica Slaughter's past, when she was still a rookie facing creatures only children can see. This issue is ideal for both those already following the series and those who want to discover her origins.

The horror continues with two new installments from the Creepy archives, reviving short stories from the legendary horror magazine featuring authors like Frank Frazetta and Neal Adams. A true archaeology of horror comics.

Star Wars and the High Republic era

The galactic saga also makes its presence felt this month on Planeta Cómic with Children of the Storm, a new volume set in the High Republic era. Keeve Trennis and a group of Jedi torn apart by the war face new dangers and moral dilemmas in a story that explores the shadows of the Order before its final fall.

Romanticism, urban fantasy ,an d iversity

One of the most tender new releases is Les Normaux, a graphic novel set in a supernatural Paris where a young witch falls in love with a vampire. Friendships, magic, queer love, and a modern fairy tale atmosphere make this volume a sweet and powerful offering.

Another notable new release is Lonely Receiver, a disturbing psychological story about a woman who must cope with the abandonment of her partner… who turns out to be an artificial intelligence. A metaphor for grief, emotional dependence, and human disconnection in the digital age.

The manga is not far behind: Dragon Ball, Blue Lock,a nd more

June arrives with Dragon Ball Legend 2, a deluxe edition that compiles the final chapter of the Frieza saga with color pages and a design inspired by its original publication in Shōnen Jump  The fourth and final volume of Dragon Ball Z: Frieza Series is also being released,a  more accessible way to enjoy the climax of this legendary battle.

Blue Lock releases its 26th volume with a special edition that includes a slipcase, cards, badges, and more. Japanese soccer fever continues to grow, and this manga is one of its pillars.

Other notable titles include Boruto: Two Blue Vortex #3ne Piece #11Vnland Saga #28  anandundam The Origin #1, all of which are in top form, delivering action, excitement, and plenty of character development.
