MARVEL IN THE FUTURE THEORY

So, I started to think about Marvel and it releasing the four tv shows: Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, and DareDevil along with an Defenders mini-series tie in. I then recall reading an article stating that Marvel had made a long-term "contract" with Netflix to create many more tv shows. Though, I may be wrong, because it may only be for those four tv shows and the minseries, that would be relased few years apart. Here is what I think the phase 2 of the tv show universe:

The Punisher - Its a fan-favorite and i personally would love to see it become a tv show
Dazzler - Yes! Marvel owns the rights to Dazzler. (Marvel had suggested it to be made as a tv show a few years back.)
Cloak & Dagger - Appealing to the Teens. But This pair could end up in the Civil War movie (Marvel had also suggested this to become a show on ABC, but never happened.)
Thunderbolts
Bucky Barnes - Stop with him appearing on the Captain America films, give him a tv show!

Note: I had wondered why Marvel didnt put these tv shows on Cable Networks and then I thought, MAYBE, because Warner Bros., who owns DC COMICS, owns many cable channels. Plus, FX AND FOX are both owned by Fox; only letting Marvel keep the rights on Netflix, Disney Channel, ABC FAMILY and ABC.
