As a really big Ultimate Spider-Man fan, reading everything ultimate Spidey EVER... I found this issue seriously disappointing. His first death was way better, and they should have ended it there.

There is no Marvel without Spider-man. Plain and simple. Probably won't read another marvel comic for a long while, unless its X-men. Parker already "died" in Ultimatum. The entire universe was killed off in Ultimatum after Magneto went rogue, really went rogue. Why kill him again? What's it going to prove? Do these idiots really think some random people are going to start reading comics out of nowhere? Please.
