This November, Marvel Comics will release a series of variant covers by some of the comic book industry's greatest artists. These "Infinity Saga Phase 1 Variant Covers" showcase the first six movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, depicting key characters and moments from those titles.

Marco Checcetto takes it back to where it all began in a gorgeous piece showing the different armours Tony Stark crafted in the first Iron Man movie. Immortal Hulk artist Joe Bennett revisits the savage showdown between Bruce Banner and the Abomination from The Incredible Hulk. Taurin Clarke’s explosive cover presents the iconic Iron Man and War Machine team up from the climax of Iron Man 2.

Then, we have Thor, Loki, and Odin, as they were introduced in the first Thor movie, looking to Asgard’s future on Ema Lupacchino’s electrifying cover. Adam Kubert delivers a dynamic take on Steve Rogers’ crusade against the Red Skull from Captain America: The First Avenger.

Finally, Earth's Mightiest Heroes assemble for the first time in legendary artist Arthur Adams’ cover, highlighting the core cast from 2012’s groundbreaking movie, The Avengers.

Hopefully, these are going to be followed by artwork for Phase 2 and Phase 3, as Marvel Comics has definitely enlisted some top tier talent to put their unique spin on the MCU's heroes and villains.

looks like Hulk is fighting classic Swamp Thing.

The rest of the covers are fine, although something looks off with Cap's head

That last cover makes Cap’s Avengers suit look pretty cool…

@Se4M4NSt4ine - in fairness the more simplistic look they were going for in the avengers suit really suits comics better. The problem is in live action it ends up looking like a cheap power rangers costume.

Honestly if it weren't for abomination in the Hulk cover I wouldn't even be able to tell that this was Phase 1 MCU.

Captain America is a southpaw? I guess Cap can throw the shield with either hand equally well, but the pic just looks off to me.
