Warner Bros. and New Line have officially released the final trailer for their upcoming big-screen adaptation of Ollie Masters and Ming Doyle's 2014 DC Vertigo miniseries The Kitchen, showcasing some of the gritty gangster action to come.

The film will see Straight Outta Compton scribe Andrea Berloff make her directorial debut with a star cast that features Melissa McCarthy (Can You Ever Forgive Me?), Tiffany Haddish (Night School) and Elisabesh Moss (The Handmaid's Tale) as three mob wives - Kathy, Ruby & Claire - in 1970s Hell's Kitchen, who take over the city's criminal empire when their husbands are taken down by the FBI.

"...Sees Melissa McCarthy, Tiffany Haddish & Elizabeth Moss Take Over Hell's Kitchen"

I know some individuals who would have a serious problem with this...

@BlackBeltJones - The vibe from this movie actually looks like it would fit perfectly in Netflix's Daredevil lol.

I like Melissa McCarthy A LOT better when she's in serious roles. Looks great.

@THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - she's a hell of a dramatic actress. Rather see her fully transition to that. Can You Ever Forgive Me? was great.

@BlackBeltJones - Can You Ever Forgive Me? was so surprisingly fantastic. The director of that is Jorma from Lonely Island's wife, lmao. Talented couple.
Excited to see her new film about Mr. Rogers, starring Tom Hanks (talk about a perfect match between actor/character)

@tmp3 - I was surprised how much I loved that movie.

One of my favorites films I've seen in the last few years.

@BlackBeltJones - I loved how subtle the directing felt; it wasn't flashy, but it worked so well.

@tmp3

Super pumped Noho Hank got a nom - good for him.

Also - the best drama category is pretty weak this year. If GOT wins I will riot. Hoping this is Bob Odenkirk's and Better Call Saul's year but I'm not going to hold my breath.

@regularmovieguy - Noho Hank is the best character on TV right now. Also, seeing PEN15 get a best writing nomination made me really happy - great show (produced by your boys @ the Lonely Island) that kind of went under the radar.

Only just I am realizing that this hasn't been that much marketed. The first trailer came out in May 30th, wow.

But I might see it, could be fun.
