Deadpool, it's hard to come up with one word to describe him. I think it's just because he's that awesome (he's in my top 10) I mean how can you not love a antihero who is a mercenary, annoying and is always "breaking the fourth wall". Luckily he's getting his own self titled game, and the developers? High Moon Studios. That makes it better. I will make it no secret, I LOVE Transformers: War for Cybertron and I am planning on getting Fall of Cybertron before the year is gone. From what I have played of the demo and from also beating WFC, I think that with their passion, Deadpool could easily be one of the best superhero games ever. It also helps that they made it clear in the announcement trailer that this is a MATURE game, it's not a Spider-Man or Batman game.

So, why should one be excited for one of the most popular characters in Marvel and in comicbooks making his solo videogame debut? Isn't it obvious?
It's an original story from Daniel Way, whom is familiar with the character to begin with, you have a developer who is extremely passionate about the project and if you know the character than you should know that this has potential to be an extremely fun game with some guests appearances (confirmed are Wolverine and Psylocke) but what about the casual videogame player? Well I really can't say considering the game isn't out for another year but one can assume that casual player will have fun with the game as well providing it's good, which it more than likely will be.

So, what do I think of the game so far? I personally think that this has HUGE potential to be one of the best comicbook games of all time as well as POSSIBLY being one of the best videogames period. I don't know about you but I have faith in High Moon. Now as far as the movie is concerned.

I just found out that in April, 20th Century Fox has hired VFX specialist Tim Miller to direct Deadpool. I am not thriled about that but here is what I am thrilled about, Ryan Reynolds (who is perfect as the character) is still attached as The Merc with a Mouth and the writers is the same team who wrote Zombieland and that it WILL be R rated. Now, I don't know about you but that makes me extremely happy and has me excited. The only thing is now we need a budget and a start date so they can start production and get this out there.

That's my thoughts. What are yours? Comment below and be respectful but until then

More bouncey!
