Ryan Reynolds and 20th Century Fox have reportedly completed negotiations for "Deadpool 2," officially signing on the actor for another round as raunchy mercenary Wade Wilson.
Reynolds first earned $2 million up-front for the R-rated superhero film's first installment, this new deal will secure a higher initial payout for the actor, according to Heroic Hollywood, though there have been no specific details on the new contract. The sequel is due to begin filming in Fall of this year. Despite a not-so-flattering appearance in "X-Men Origins: Wolverine", and a seven year absence from the big screen, "Deadpool" earned over a whopping $754 million at the global box office after its mid-February release, surpassing both fan expectations and "The Matrix Reloaded" as the highest-grossing R-rated flick in history ($742 million). The film cost $58 million to produce.
"Deadpool 2" is due for release in 2017 and will reportedly feature appearances by Cable and Domino.
