WANDAVISION Actor Julian Hillard Responds To DOCTOR STRANGE 2 Rumor With HOUSE OF M Reference

There have been relentless rumors relating to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness doing the rounds over the past few months, and while some of the details that have found their way online do appear to be genuine leaks, we won't know for certain what proves to be accurate until we sit down to watch the movie.

One of the many characters rumored to appear in Sam Raimi's sequel is Billy Maximoff, who made his debut in Disney+'s WandaVision alongside his brother Tommy when their mother, The Scarlet Witch, created a new reality for herself in the town of Westview. Though the boys were never actually real, Wanda was understandably distraught when they ceased to exist, and seemed to be attempting to utilize the Darkhold to find her children in the final episode's post-credits scene.

Billy actor Julian Hillard has now taken to Twitter to address the persistent rumor that he's set to reprise the role for Doctor Strange 2 by sharing an iconic panel from the House of M storyline... with a slight alteration!

This doesn't confirm anything, of course, but there's a lot of speculation that Billy and Tommy will factor into the story in some capacity. Many believe we will also see a variation of the "no more mutants" moment, but with Scarlet Witch bringing the children of the atom into the MCU.

What do you guys think? Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is set to release in theaters on May 6.
