Born and raised in the small town of Maldon, Essex and educated at Fettes College in Edinburgh, Brian was a shy and studious youth, living a relatively quiet life and spending a lot of time with his parents and siblings (older brother Jamie and fraternal twin Elizabeth). The family were an aristocratic one who were no longer rich enough to fraternise with their former academic peers, leaving Brian (too proud to fraternise with lower classes) a lonely child who immersed himself in the study of physics.
After the death of his parents (Sir James and Lady Elizabeth) in what seemed to be a laboratory accident, Brian takes a fellowship at Darkmoor nuclear research centre. When the facility is attacked by the technological criminal Joshua Stragg (alias "The Reaver"), Brian tries to find help by escaping on his motorcycle. Although he crashes his bike in a nearly fatal accident, Merlyn and his daughter, the Omniversal Guardian, Roma appear to the badly injured Brian. They give him the chance to be the superhero Captain Britain. He is offered a choice: the Amulet of Right or the Sword of Might. Considering himself to be no warrior and unsuited for the challenge, he rejects the Sword and chooses the Amulet. This choice transforms Brian Braddock into Captain Britain
It is later revealed that Braddock is only one member of a much larger, inter-dimensional corps of mystical protectors. Every Earth in Marvel Comics' Multiverse has its own Captain Britain who is expected to defend that version of Britain and uphold its local laws. They are collectively called the Captain Britain Corps. Captain Britain protects "Earth-616" of the Marvel Universe
Captain Britain movie cast:
Rupert-Penry Jones as Captain Britain (Brian Braddock):

I picked Neil Jackson as Captain Britain in my casting but I change it to DDD pick Rupert Penry-jones I think he can pull of the handsome and funny brain at same time the courage and powerful captain Britain he look like Brian and has the height for it I couldn’t find some one is 6’6’’ so with effect and Hollywood magic he could easily top notch captain Britain
Richard Wilson as Merlyn:
Merlyn was born on an alternate earth as a member of a race of immortal, powerful beings. He became the student of Necrom, his world's Sorcerer Supreme. Necrom asked Merlyn and his fellow-student Feron to assist him in a magical ritual. Feron would contact the cosmic Phoenix Force on Earth 616 and using the Phoenix an alignment would be created between parallel universes. This assignment would be marked with a tower in the same place on every Earth in the Omniverse. According to magical principles, such an alignment would create a matrix of nearly endless magical energy. Necrom desired the power of the Phoenix for himself though and he attacked Feron. Feron, his powers enhanced by the Phoenix battled his master and Merlyn used the opportunity to jump into the Matrix, taking its power for his own. Necrom wounded the Phoenix and escaped with a small part of it. The Phoenix left Feron and Feron stayed behind on Earth 616, dedicating his life to asking the Phoenix for forgiveness.
Merlyn travelled to Otherworld and established himself as Omniversal Guardian, safeguarding the total of all universes in existence. With the powers of the Matrix, Merlyn dedicated himself to protecting the universe and finding Necrom. Necrom hid and planned for the next few centuries, changing the part of the Phoenix Force that he had stolen into the Anti-Phoenix. Merlyn founded the Captain Britain Corps, a group of matrix-powered superheroes based on each Earth in the omniverse. Merlyn sent his best agent, Sir James Braddock, to Earth 616 to father a hero. James' first son, Jamie Braddock, was unsuitable for Merlyn's purposes, but the twins Elizabeth and Brian both were. Merlyn chose Brian to become Earth 616's Captain Britain and he would be pivotal to Merlyn's plans.
The man is a damn fine, he look like merlin, whenever I see Gaius it puts me in mind of the classic Jack Kirby art style from the early days of Marvel Comics, when all their biggest properties were first created by he and Stan Lee.
Katie McGrath as Lady Roma:
Roma first appeared in Marvel UK's Captain Britain series volume 1, in the first issue in October 1976, and subsequently appeared in the second volume of Captain Britain's series
Captain Britain, then still a baseline human, was working as a research assistant at the Darkmoor Research Centre when the nuclear complex was suddenly attacked by a man named Joshua Stragg (the Reaver). In his efforts to escape, Brian was chased over a cliff. Roma, then calling herself "the Lady of the Northern Skies," appeared to him and offered him the chance to become a hero. Her father, Merlyn, was with her during this first encounter with Brian. Roma urged him to choose between two weapons, the Sword of Might, or the Amulet of Right; Roma's decision to offer him salvation and power rode on this choice. Brian subsequently made the correct choice
I went with this actress Katie McGrath as Lady Roma. Roma been represented in movie as Merlin right hand and daughter tell Merlin dies she takes her father’s job, She become more wise and more powerful than ever I choose Katie because she bring the softness and strangeness to character she plays and perfect look for Roma
James Purefoy as Jamie Braddock:
James "Jamie" Braddock Jr. is a fictional character appearing in the Marvel Comics universe. The elder brother of the twin superheroes Captain Britain and Psylocke, he is a mutant possessing the ability to manipulate reality in a variety of ways. Though his mutant powers are very powerful, he is limited in that he is also a schizophrenic who believes reality to be his own dream. Originally a supporting character in his brother's solo comic book series, the emergence of his superhuman powers and subsequent mental illness have led him to become a super-villain associated with both Captain Britain and various X-Men comics.
I want some one a wise looking and not the crazy looking naked Jamie I give credits to mistress kizusa for pick James is good actor and I catch few of episode of rome and his totally give the vibe for role he looks old than Rupert
Odette Yustman as Psylocke:
Elizabeth Braddock first appeared in Captain Britain #8 (Dec. 1976), published by the Marvel Comics imprint Marvel UK. There, writer Chris Claremont introduced her as a supporting character, the sister of Brian Braddock, the eponymous Captain Britain, and established her career as a charter pilot. He also established that she had psychic abilities, the full extent of which were unknown, though no explanation is given for these powers. In Marvel UK's Super Spider-Man and Captain Britain #243 (Oct. 1977), Betsy Braddock is presented as a professional model.
Psylocke originally possessed the power of telepathy, she could read and project thoughts over long distances; control minds; subdue and tap into other's powers; affect people's memories; project mental illusions; and generate psi-bolts that could stun, injure, or kill others. She could also project her astral self, and the astral bodies of other people, into the astral plane. She could scan entire towns with her mind, and leaf through the psyches of the inhabitants of a city to learn of their condition or intentions. She could also probe individuals to check up on their status. Psylocke also possessed limited precognitive powers that occasionally allowed her to envision probable future events.
After her physical transformation into an Japanese ninja assassin she gained highly developed fighting skills in addition to her telepathy.
Odette is decent actress. She is totally Psylocke because she has the model looking over her and sultry enough and provide the softness and kindness the character need it and reach the height of Elizabeth at 5’10’’ dye her hair and makes her pyslocke
Laura Brent as Meggan:
Born in a blizzard to a Roma family near Fenborough Station in Britain, Meggan adapted to the cold by growing fur, to the horror of her family. Unfortunately, as an empathic metamorph, the more they saw her as a monster, the more monstrous she became, growing webbing upon her hands and feet, antennae on her head, claws, and fin-like parts going from her arms to sides. The belief that she was some sort of monster was also affected by the fact that Meggan's birth took place near an ancient British fortress that was rumoured to be the site of dark magics. Meggan's family hid her away in their camper, where she watched television incessantly, totally immersing herself in the fantasy of the various British TV shows of the time (such as Gerry Anderson's ones, Quatermass, Doctor Who and many more). Eventually, she met Captain Britain and fought him, but then befriended him. She fell in love with him, joining him as an adventurer. With him, she first encountered Gatecrasher's Technet. After having been told by a telepath that her inner soul looked as beautiful "as an iridescent butterfly", during combat against a commando of R.C.X.-controlled "Warpies", she stabilized her powers on an attractive form that pleased Brian (and thus pleased her). Captain Britain fell in love right back, and the two began a romantic relationship. Together, they defeated Baba Yaga. The two had a long and stormy courtship, marred by events both cosmic and mundane.
I love this actress she is Aussie I seen her first in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader as the shape shifter Liliandil She capable to play the soft character and sweet. Meggan would be like The new Brian girlfriend after Courtney Ross check out her video in Youtube
Henry Cavill as Black Knight:
Dane Whitman was born in Gloucester, Massachusetts and is best known as the modern-day Black Knight, continuing a legacy that began in medieval England. The first Black Knight, Whitman's ancestor Sir Percy of Scandia, lived during the reign of King Arthur. Percy's murder at the hand of his nemesis Modred began a string of successors, all of them Percy's descendants.
It was revived by Whitman's uncle Nathan Garrett, who became the supervillain Black Knight II. After being mortally wounded during a battle with Iron Man, he escaped to his estate, summoned his nephew to confess his crimes, and asked him to restore honor to their family legacy and atone for Garrett's misdeeds.
I want to see black Knight part this movie when he gives appearance Henry should play him he is solid actor and was great in Tudors he is near perfect for role providing courage and strangeness
Possible villain
Melissa George as Courtney Ross (Saturnyne):
Courtney Ross came from a wealthy family and went to Thames University, London, where she met and started to date Brian Braddock, not knowing that Brian was in fact the superhero Captain Britain. She later found out about his secret life, but the two remained lovers. Captain Britain went missing shortly afterwards and Courtney assumed that he had died. When he returned, Brian fell in love with the mutant Meggan and it would be years before he would meet Courtney again.
Melissa is define of white queen she played all different type of character soft girlfriend or bad ass spy (check Alias tv show) she was amazing in it Courtney ross would be briand first girlfriend in movie but after she turns into crazy bitch meggan will take her place
Jason Fleyming as slaymaster:
Slaymaster's first appeared in London where he was killing collectors of valuable items which he would sell to the highest bidder. His plans were foiled by Captain Britain but not before he proved himself a master assassin and disguise artist. He both tricked and outfought Captain Britain numerous times before his final defeat where he fell from his boat and was attacked by sharks.
He was next seen when he was hired by a corrupt S.T.R.I.K.E. to kill its psi devision; a group of psychic individuals who had found out about the corruption at the center of the organisation. Betsy Braddock, Captain Britain's sister who would later be known as the mutant Psylocke, was one of these psychics and called Captain Britain in to protect them. Captain Britain was able to intervene proving just how good a master of disguise and assassination he was by taking out targets who could psychically read his thoughts. He clashed with Captain Britain again and despite Captain Britain 's superior strength he managed to prove his skill by defeating him once again. Only the timely intervention of Captain Britain 's telepathic sister, Psylocke , caused him to lose the match and be knocked out. This time he was kitted out in a new Yellow costume and used "Jazzlers"; needle like devices which interrupt nerve impulses and cause paralysis, along with a number of other high tech weapons and a callused hand that he used to ninja-like effectiveness to defeat Cap again.
Too bad this actor got wasted in X-men First class he should have been Slaymaster I think he has villain look all over him he was great in clash of titans and he has the look for character what do you think guys
Pam ferris as Gatecrasher:
Gatecrasher is the obese, porcine team leader of the Technet, though she's not notably better than most of them in combat.
No need to explain
P.s I also would love to see Philip Glenister as DAI THOMAS.
Thanks for reading NERDS keep tuned up for more castings
