ANTON YELCHIN as PETER PARKER/SPIDER-MAN: Anton Yelchin is a versatile young actor that has broke out in Hollywood, and I just think he can play all the important facets of both Peter Parker and Spider-Man.
JENNIFER LAWRENCE as GWEN STACY: Lawrence is among the best young actresses of today, many consider her the best, and her resemblance to Gwen is uncanny.
GREG KINNEAR as DR. CURT CONNORS/THE LIZARD: Kinnear appeared as Connors in the first film in order to establish his character before becoming a villain, Kinnear can be dramatic and comedic.
OSCAR JAENADA as SERGEI KRAVINOFF/KRAVEN THE HUNTER: Oscar Jaenada works well in these type of films, and his resemblance to Kraven made him a favorite of mine to play it.
DIANE KEATON as AUNT MAY PARKER: Diane Keaton is an icon, and having her makes a big impact, especially in playing such an integral and important role.
DAKOTA GOYO as BILLY CONNORS: I felt like aging the character of Billy, and Goyo seemed like a reasonable fit.
KATY PERRY as BETTY BRANT: Katy Perry is a singer first and foremost, but she has shown she has some acting chops and having her would be interesting.
KEVIN KLINE as J. JONAH JAMESON: Kline is energetic and has full of range, I have no doubt that he can play Jameson.
OBBA BABATUNDE as JOSEPH "ROBBIE" ROBERTSON: Babatunde can be stern and a caring figure.
AUSTIN BUTLER as EUGENE "FLASH" THOMPSON: Not much reasoning other then that he is a good young actor that can play a jock and come off as a douche.
JORDAN FOX as LIZ ALLEN: The reason for her being in this is so more high school characters are introduced, and to set up for an upcoming character in the third or fourth Spider-Man.
LUCY HALE as KITTY PRYDE: A tradition is to have at least one outside character make an appearance, in a cameo or a short role, and I thought it would be cool to take advantage of the fact that Kitty is also a high schooler and goes to Peter's school, and this can make way for an X-Men fan cast down the line.
