Why:DON'T SHOOT ME, but after binging on some Flash issues(and talking with my theater teacher, who also directs plays and what not), I've started to like a good, young, minority face to play the brash Heatwave, as their dynamic will be cool level headed mentor/hot headed upstart apprentice.

Why:He's got the right spaced out presence and voice to pull of Mirror Master

Why:Weather Wizard may not be HUGE, but Ben Barnes has the ability to help make Weather Wizard stick out.
Plot Notes:
A lot of you may be let down by the lack of Reverse Flash, don't worry, he'll be coming down the line, I went with the Rogues to show the following:
1)Flash is super fast, but he will need to use his other weapon that made him get his powers in the first place:His dedication,capability, and general smartness in being a CSI
2)Lets be honest, to get Batman's attention you can't run around town and beat a bunch of B-list back robbers, so Flash's smarts will grab Batman's attention.
3)I WILL STRESS that there are plans for Reverse Flash
