This is my second fancast, and this fits into my MCU.. I listed Hope you guys enjoy. Please leave me some feedback on the comments section! :D
First up, we have our leading man...
Sam Worthington as Wolverine
James “Logan” Howlett/Wolverine- The short tempered protagonist of the story who travels from place to place and has absolutely no memory of his childhood. Eventually, he joins Weapon X, who conducts experiments on him and merges adamantium to his skeleton. Logan soon begins to disagree with Team X’s morals, and retires with his girlfriend, Silver Fox. However, decades later, Victor finds where the couple is hiding, and kills Silver Fox, which enrages Logan, causing a fight between the two. Victor dominates over Logan, and escapes. Later, Weapon X sends out a mercenary to hunt down rogue Team X members. Wolverine, along with a few teammates that are still alive, return to Weapon X, and put an end to the program for good.
Yes. I've chosen Sam Worthington as Wolverine. A long time ago, I would've thought that this is a terrible choice, however, Sam is starting to grown on me. He's a decent actor. Though, if I were in charge of this movie, I'd have him work a little harder on his American accent. Otherwise, this guy'd make an awesome Wolvie. He's a bit on the short side, tuff, and brooding... PERFECT. :D
Gerard Butler as Sabretooth
Victor Creed/Sabretooth- A rival of Logan’s who instantly despises him at first meeting. He is seen to be attracted to fellow Team X member, Silver Fox, however when she and Logan began dating, he becomes jealous. His jealousy contributes to his increasing violent behavior, and soon he becomes so violent that Wolverine confronts him. They get into a slight altercation before the team disbands. Decades later, on Logan’s (estimated) birthday, Victor appears at Logan and Silver Fox’s cabin in the Canadian Rockies, and brutally rapes and kills her. This causes Logan to go into berserker rage, and the two get into a brutal fight, which results with Victor’s triumph and escape.
At one point, Gerard Butler was rumored to replace Tyler Mane as Sabretooth in X-Men Origins. I found that Gerard would indeed make a decent Sabretooth after watching 300. He's got the acting skills, and he can pull of the scary/intimidating appearance.
Julia Jones as Silver Fox
Silver Fox- Logan’s love interest who is also a member of Team X. She meets Logan through their time working for Weapon X, and after the group disbands, the two shared a cabin in the Canadian Rockies as lovers. However, on Logan’s birthday, Victor locates Kayla, and brutally rapes and murders her, causing Logan to go on a rampage.
The actress I chose to portray Silver Fox is Julia Jones. She was recently in Twilight: Eclipse as a tough as nails werewolf. I think that Silver Fox's character should be tough, though at the same time, have a beauty and innocence.
Ben Foster as Deadpool
Wade Wilson/Deadpool- The wise cracking member of Team X who is the weapons specialist. He is also a martial arts expert, and can heal himself, and teleport. In the final battle against Weapon X, Deadpool fights Maverick. Though he eventually wins the battle, Maverick scars Wade’s face heavily.
Daniel Bruhl as Maverick
Christoph Nord/Maverick- A member of Team X, and the longest member of Weapon X. Once Weapon X discovered that he was a mutant, they began erasing his memory, and planted false memories to keep him under control. Once Team X is disbanded, he stays at Weapon X and is given false memories and made to believe that the previous members of Team X are a threat.
Edi Gathegi as Kestrel
John Wraith/Kestrel- The second in command of the group who has the ability to teleport. After Team X disbanded, he went into hiding; however, Weapon X located him, sent a mercenary, and had him killed.
Milla Jovoich as Mystique
Raven Darkholme/Mystique- The mysterious member of the group. She takes in interest in Wolverine; however, he is dating Silver Fox. She too stays behind to work with Weapon X, however, when Wolverine and Deadpool come back to take Weapon X down, she assists them by taking down the director, Dr. Zander Rice.
Summer Glau as X-23
X-23- The clone of Wolverine who was created from stolen DNA. When Wolverine was tested on by Weapon X, they cloned his DNA, and have been developing X-23 for 20 years. She hardly speaks, though she has a berserker rage, just like Wolverine. She was sent out to terminate any rogue Team X operatives, however, when Wolverine, Deadpool, and Mystique begin to bring Weapon X down, she gets into a climactic battle with Wolverine. Wolverine wins the fight, though he spares her life by simply knocking her unconscious.
