Super Smash Bros. Fancast (UPDATED)

A new Super Smash Bros. Fancast with more characters!

It's been a long while since I first uploaded my Super Smash Bros. Fancast. But my tastes have changed, people change. I decided some actors weren't appropiate for the roles, so I recasted them. I hope this doesn't bother anyone.

This is a VOICE fancast, okay? No live-action. The characters' designs are too stylized to be realistcally played by actors.

Anyway, here comes my new and improved fancast! Enjoy!

Charles Martinet as MARIO

I'm keeping Charles as Mario because, honestly, I don't think anyone else can voice Mario. Charles IS Mario. However, I'd make Charles keep the Italian accent to a minimum.

Teresa Palmer as PRINCESS PEACH

Teresa Palmer was awesome in The Sorcerer's Apprentice. She can convey Princess Peach's kindness and optimism. Of course, she would have to use an American accent, since Teresa Palmer is Australian.

Josh Keaton as LINK

I liked Josh Keaton in The Spectacular Spider-Man and Green Lantern: The Animated Series. He proves that he can voice youthful protagonists, so it fits to him that he voices Link.

Lily Collins as PRINCESS ZELDA

Lily Collins is graceful, beautiful and the perfect girl to play Zelda. Besides, I wanted a British girl for Zelda since Hyrule is based on Medieval Europe.

Malin Akerman as SAMUS ARAN

Malin Akerman was great as Silk Spectre in Watchmen, proving that she can play action girls. Other women I considered for the role were Megan Fox, Hayden Panettiere and Jennifer Lawrence.

Jared Gilmore as KIRBY

I love Jared Gilmore in Once Upon a Time. He is a courageous and noble boy, just like Kirby.

Josh Dallas as META KNIGHT

Much like Jared Gilmore, Josh Dallas works on Once Upon a Time. So, I think the world fits him like a glove.

Ian Harding as FOX MCCLOUD

I like Ian Harding in Pretty Little Liars. His voice reflects both youth and maturity. I considered bringing Jim Walker, Fox's voice actor from Brawl and Assault, but I decided to get another actor for the role.

Chace Crawford as FALCO LOMBARDI

Chace Crawford was the only person I could think of to play Falco.

Nathan Fillion as CAPTAIN FALCON

He is Malcolm Reynolds. Enough has been said.

Zachary Gordon as NESS

Just watch him in Diary of a Wimpy Kid. You'll know what I mean.

Logan Lerman as PIT

Logan Lerman worked on Percy Jackson, and Percy, much like Pit, is a Greek-based hero.

David Hayter as SOLID SNAKE

Yeah, Snake is definitely meant for this movie. And so is David Hayter.

Roger Craig Smith as SONIC THE HEDGEHOG

I decided to keep Roger Craig as Sonic as to keep up with current times. Before keeping RCS, I considered Ryan Drummond and Jason Griffith, Sonic's former voice actors.

VILLAINS

Hugo Weaving as BOWSER

I liked how Hugo voiced Megatron in the Transformers movies. He was ruthless and savage, and that's the reason he could be Bowser.

Ron Perlman as GANONDORF

Ron Perlman has an awesome voice, and you have heard him in Hellboy, Teen Titans and Halo. He would be a cool Ganondorf.

Christoph Waltz as MASTER HAND

After hearing so much about Christoph Waltz, I decided that he would be Master Hand. He has a great filmography.

Tom Hardy as CRAZY HAND

Tom Hardy was awesome in Inception and The Dark Knight Rises, but he always plays cool, level-headed characters. Crazy Hand would be a great chance to break the typecasting.

Robin Atkin Downes as TABUU

Robin Atkin Downes voices Mumm-Ra in the new ThunderCats, and I think he would be great as Tabuu.

Well, this is it, folks. I hope you enjoyed it.
