Straight from the G4 panel at New York Comic-Con, it's been announced Harold Perrineau - who's appeared in the TV show Lost and the Matrix trilogy - will voice vampire slayer Blade in the upcoming anime series, which is confirmed to debut in January 2012 on G4. Perrineau is very excited to take on the Midnight Son.

At today’s Marvel TV Presents: Anime on G4 panel at New York Comic-Con, Jeph Loeb, Head of Marvel Television, announced the casting of Harold Perrineau as the voice of Blade in its upcoming "Blade" anime series.


Perrineau is thrilled to be a part of the latest Marvel anime series. “It’s very exciting, and a very cool job! I get to wield a sword and kill vampires...and just generally be a badass. It’s a lot of fun!”.



Blade Anime debuts on G4 January 2012.
