FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.


Fantastic Four stars Miles Teller as Mr. Fantastic, Kate Mara as The Invisible Woman, Michael B. Jordan as The Human Torch, Jamie Bell as The Thing, and Toby Kebbell as Victor Domashev/Doctor Doom. Problem with F4: everything looks great BUT FOX wants us to hate it with all this embargo non sense which makes it seem like they're trying to hide the film becasue they have no confidence in it.

That was actually really [frick]ing cool. Lot of the same shots as expected but the way it was cut together really made the film feel epic.

I'm glad its mostly extended shots. Trank wasnt big on clips and a bunch of trailers. Its the same he did with Chronicle. That Deadpool part was cool

This pretty much strengthens the rumors of them uniting Fantastic Four to the X-Men universe in the future.

But seriously, this movie just looks so generic, and standard. Every line of dialogue, every plot point, I've seen it all before. They do seem to have touched up the CGI a bit, though. The Baxter Building still looks really fake, but at least it doesn't look like a matte painting anymore.

@KurtWagner1225, if a film is shit I will call it shit, Ghost Rider, Wolverine Origins, Iron Man 2. If it's epic I'll call it epic, Guardians of the Galaxy, DoFP, TDK. Each studio has their faults and their greatness. What bothers me the most is when people shit on Foc for casting a black Human Torch but then applaud Marvel for casting a female Ancient One lol or when they blast Fox not sticking to source but are ok with no Ant-Man or Wasp in Avengers and a craptastic Mandarin.

GA? they'll be support for it from some parts as its turned into a "black and white" thing (fox has really reached for sad support) but for those who actually just care about a decent movie, it'll fall flat imo.

everything about this project reeks. I'll just be happy when it's run has been completed a few weeks after launch.
