I presume you're talking about Geoff Johns. He's still doing the main Justice League series; this is a new, separate book.

DC have stopped worrying about continuity and are mainly trying to focus on making great stories. If you HAVE to be a stickler about it, just assume this takes place before all the DCYou changes (All-New Batman, depowered Superman, etc.)

Yes of course, I even read Darkseid war part 1. I got confused since they are doing Justice League, Justice League United, and Justice League America which has the same characters as Johns run. So many new titles I'm trying to weed out the ones I'll keep or drop.
