The film has surpassed Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and sits one spot above Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, having grossed $902 million worldwide."

"It was just about a month ago [that] Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 made the list of semi-finalists in the Visual Effects category for the 83rd Annual Academy Awards.
