Official synopsis:

Part 1 begins as Harry (Daniel Radcliffe, Ron (Rupert Grint) and Hermione (Emma Watson) set out on their perilous mission to track down and destroy the secret to Voldemort’s (Ralph Fiennes) immortality and destruction — the Horcruxes. On their own, without the guidance of their professors or the protection of Professor Dumbledore (Michael Gambon), the three friends must now rely on one another more than ever. But there are Dark Forces in their midst that threaten to tear them apart.

Meanwhile, the wizarding world has become a dangerous place for all enemies of the Dark Lord. The long-feared war has begun and Voldemort’s Death Eaters seize control of the Ministry of Magic and even Hogwarts, terrorizing and arresting anyone who might oppose them. But the one prize they still seek is the one most valuable to Voldemort: Harry Potter . The Chosen One has become the hunted one as the Death Eaters search for Harry with orders to bring him to Voldemort ... alive.

Harry’s only hope is to find the Horcruxes before Voldemort finds him. But as he searches for clues, he uncovers an old and almost forgotten tale — the legend of the Deathly Hallows. And if the legend turns out to be true, it could give Voldemort the ultimate power he seeks.

Little does Harry know that his future has already been decided by his past when, on that fateful day, he became "the Boy Who Lived." No longer just a boy, Harry Potter is drawing ever closer to the task for which he has been preparing since the day he first stepped into Hogwarts: the ultimate battle with Voldemort.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 opens November 19; Part 2 opens July 15, 2011!

As someone who never read the novels, it took me a long time to warm up to this franchise. But, the last couple movies have made me a fan! Hope Deathly Hallows doesn't disappoint!

I've never read the books and never ever will! But these movies are ASTONISHING!!! The best and longest fantasy thrill ride i've seen in a long ass while!!! I even prefer them all to the Lord Of The Rings trilogy! You guys have no idea how many times i've watched these movies with my girlfriend, back to back! Seems like every month and a half, we put the first one in and can't stop watching them till we run out of chapters! CAN'T WAIT for these last two :))

T2- Oh GAWD YES!!!! Emma Watson is such a total and utter FOX!!! Can't wait for some indecent pics of her to surface ;)

On a side note, after finishing this franchise, both Daniel AND Emma would be perfect for a feature film adaptation of Record of Lodoss War!!!

Emma Watson for Deedlit, Daniel Radcliffe for Parn!!!

Nice find Brent! :)

As someone who loves the books (they even mention my hometown of Abergavenny in the third one) I've never really liked the movies. It's not that they're poor adaptations, because they've actually been well done for the most part even though they made the mistake of leaving some crucial stuff out in favour of romantic subplots, it's Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint - I dont like either of them as actors. The past couple of films have also been pretty poor IMO which has me worried for this one as it's the same director!

JoshW- I will agree that Daniel isn't anywhere near oscar worthy but you gotta admit how much his skills have grown from the first film. Hell, try watching it again today, keeping in mind his performance in the last one that came to DVD LMAO. I will fully agree with you on Rupert Grint's case! What a godawful and pathetic example of an actor he is!!! YUK!!!

T2- Yes, i also find Luna to be fetching in her own kinda twisted way LOL But Emma's in a league of her own ;)

T2- What? Where? I don't think so.

Shaman: Lol, I guess it would be unfair to say that he's not progressed as an actor over the the years but I just cant stand the guy - his facial expressions always look forced to me! And although I've got some issues with the things they have and havent taken from the books, they're decent enough films overall and I'm genuinely really excited about seeing the last book adapted! It's the well known quality adult actors who really make the series worth watching though IMO! Out of interest, do you recognise all of them, or are some of them unfamiliar to you guys in the US/Canada?

T2: Yeah, the trailer does look pretty damned good to be fair! :)

Josh- Well, i've recognised Maggie "McGonagall" Smith from Sister Act 1 & 2. Emma Thompson from Love Actually. Miranda Richardson was the steaming HAWT Queen Mab and Lady of the Lake in the outstanding TV movie Merlin starring Sam Neil. Recognised Timothy Spall as the band manager in Rock Star(one of my all time favorite films btw), Spall was AWESOME in that. Recognised Robbie Coltrane from that popular brit cop show a while back called Cracker. Recognised Jim Broadbent from being Briget Jones's dad. Warwick Davis from Willow of course. Jason Isaacs, Gary Oldman, Helena Bonham Carter, Ralph Fiennes, John Hurt & Alan Rickman need no introductions really. The rest of them i never seen before. Can't wait to see one of my personal favorite actors Bill Nighy from Hot Fuzz, Shawn of the Dead, Underworld and Love Actually in the last two films. Pitty my girlfriend says he won't be there long. She just didn't want me to curse out loud in the theater from disappointment LMAO ;P

T2- Ask and ye shall receive, my friend! Ashley Greene nude FTFW!!!

Shaman: Huh, that's pretty much all of them really! I could probably name a dozen British TV shows they've been in that you'd have never heard of but I'm just surprised you know Coltrane from Cracker - I loved that series! I honestly have no idea who Nighy is playing (I've not really kept up with news on this movie) but he's great in ANYTHING so I too am excited to see him after spotting him in the trailer the other day, lol! And awesome sketches as usual bud - got any more planned? I'm still waiting for that Michael C. Hall as DD one... ;D

T2: Yeah, Neeson is one quality British actor that they failed to get in these movies unfortunately! However, I think that they've had pretty much everyone else we've got, lol! And I actually agree with you about Gambon - I didnt like him at first but he's really done a fantastic job. The Half Blood Prince (my least favourite book but ok movie) didnt give him as much to do as I would have liked!

T2- What do you think i do at home with the original LOL ;P Oh and thanks for that compliment on my PG sketch, never thought i did her justice in that one but thanks for letting me know i was wrong LMAO

I also VERY MUCH agree with you about Michael Gambon! LOVE his deep and authorative voice! I also quite enjoy his face and tone he does when he says things that implies otherwise LOL Like the scene where Daniel and Hermione come back from that time travel part in the third film ;))

Love Actually is also my very favorite chic flick! OH MY GOD you're right!!! Maggie Smith was Granny Wendy!!! Totally forgot about that and i watch it all the time with my kids LMAO

Josh- Thanks man! Well at the moment, i'm working hard on the contest winners portraits :) I never followed Cracker cause it aired at a time where i wouldn't have been very much into that sort of show. But the commercial was on all the time :) Nighy will be playing the new Minister of Magic, replacing Fudge. Shit dude!!! That one completely evaded my mind! Can't wait to draw Hall as DD :))

T2- I KNOW!!! LOVE that scene, makes me laugh my ass off every time too LOL :)

Oh and in Hook, did you also recognise a very young Gwyneth Paltrow, as a young Wendy in the flashbacks??? ;)

When she yells "PETA!!!" LMAO X))

airbeyonder18- Ai'ight i guess. It's going a bit slow cause i didn't have much time to work on them this week. It all depends on work cause that's where i sketch ;)

T2- HAHA!!! I remember Charlie Korsmo more from "What About Bob?" with Bill Murray and Richard Dreyfuss! When he was trying to learn how to dive and Bob (Bill) was trying to teach him, Dr Marvin/Korsmo's dad (Richard) came storming on the deck pushing Bob in the water, and he couldn't swim LMAO ;P LOVE that movie!!!

I read all the books. You suck if you didn't. ;-)

But all of the movies have been awesome. I have to say, Goblet of Fire was in fact a bit lacking. I was astonished
at how awesome Half-Blood Prince was though. And it was funny.

Can't wait for these ones. It's gonna be awesome like Hash Browns with melted cheese and Jalapenos

Fartman- A father of two with a full time job and many hobbies that DON'T include "reading books" doesn't necessarily suck for not having read the long ass books. And Goblet Of Fire was my favorite out of them all so far.

Shaman, there has already been indecent pictures of her on the web. topless lol
Shaman
Shaman - 9/30/2010, 9:40 AM
Reasonnnn- Yeah unfortunitelly, it wasn't her. Those were photoshopped. There's even a comparisson somewhere on youtube images of the real girl that took the naked pic and the pic they used to get Emma's face from. Bummer :((

@thwip: I've, actually, SEEN that nude fake of her ((among many others)). I've seen one of her in a green towel that shows her breasts and am unsure whether it's fake or not. I THINK the towel one is fake, but I hope it's not.
