With all of the excitement over
The Dark Knight Rises prologue descriptions many people missed some fun stuff in the G.I. Joe universe. Director John Chu last night was asked when the trailer was coming out, and he respond to the tweet with a message. He told the Twitter community to tweet Paramount Pictures in hopes that enough attention would make the studio release the trailer sooner than later. Well, maybe it was just a way to drum up interest, but people tweeted and then today news broke that the UK G.I. Joe Facebook Page will be posting the trailer this Tuesday.

The Official UK G. I. Joe Movie Facebook Page finally revealed the release date of G.I. Joe: Retaliation 1st Trailer.
"The trailer for GI Joe: Retaliation will launch EXCLUSIVELY on our page [Official UK G. I. Joe Movie Facebook Page] at 12:30am Tuesday"
G.I. Joe: Retaliation is directed by Jon Chu and will star: Dwayne Johnson as Roadblock, Channing Tatum as Duke, Ray Park as Snake Eyes, Bruce Willis as Joe Colton, Ray Stevenson as Firefly, Adrianne Palicki as Lady Jaye, and Lee Byung-Hun as Storm Shadow. The film hits theaters June 29, 2012.
