According to The UK's GetSurrey crew members from the new Marvel film Guardians Of The Galaxy, have written to residents on the Studios Road Estate area to alert them that work was due to begin on Tuesday (August 27) and promising to minimise disturbance while teams work full-time to construct the set which is a 25-foot by 15ft spacecraft cockpit is being built at Shepperton's Car Park #2 located alongside the River Ash to the south of the studios.

The site does not mention whose ship it is. So who do you guys think it is? Is it Starlord's Ship, the ship in the above concept art, or could it possibly be one of Thanos' many ships?

It'll be the Captain America, obviously. Wait, do the new GotG fly around in that? I mena it is from the future. But it also crash-landed in the late '70s/ early '80s...
I realy need to catch up on my Marvel.

CGI can be fundamentally cheaper. It only takes alot of manhours and software that artists know how to use. They can create virtually anything in the programs, but some dont always look that great. Also these artists are paid shit for their time, but then again so do actual prop makers and practical artists, I just happen to prefer things in camera, CAUSE ITS ACTUALLY THERE and actors can respond to it realistically
