This is my review for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.

First of all I have to admit, and I think a lot of people are with me, before this movie came out, I had no idea who the Guardians of the Galaxy where.
And then I saw this movie in theaters, and boy did it deliver !
I’m going to talk about this movie with a little bit of spoilers, (but nothing big I think).

From the moment I saw the beginning of the movie with Redbone’s Come And Get Your Love,
I laughed in the theater, and I just knew this was going to be a very special and different movie.

The soundtrack in this film is great from start to finish, with a lot of these songs now stuck in my
head, and listening them very often on the Guardians soundtrack, the heart and feel of this movie is just something they did right.

I would like to point out the Thanos scene.

Josh Brolin as Thanos was brilliant, even if it was for a very short scene, he was menacing, and he just gave me this vibe that he doesn't give a shit about anyone. He looks arrogant, like he knows he is the most powerful being in the universe, even when Ronan threatens to kill him, he didn't react, he just doesn't care.

The cast is great, Star Lord, Gamora, Drax , Groot and Rocket all of them worked and all of them had their moments to shine, to feel for them etc.

This was a huge risk for Marvel and I’m glad that they took it, they successfully opened the doors to the cosmic universe of the MCU, expended it with a bunch of new and awesome characters and now are not afraid to take more risks.
I feel that thanks to this success, we got the announcements for Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, The Inhumans etc.
I even think that because of the success of Guardians, they have a little more confidence in Ant-Man themselves, and audiences have shown Marvel that they like new characters and new worlds.

My final verdict is that if you like science fiction space movies, good comedy's, blockbusters, or just superhero movies in general, this is your movie

I'm going to give Guardians of the Galaxy a 9/10.

Guardians of the Galaxy is a great film, and now that I know these characters, I’m definitely looking forward to their next adventure on May 5th, 2017.
