Supernatural's really been on a roll to start its twelfth season, and next week the ride continues when Mama Winchester reunites with her sons at a gathering for a fallen hunter, which quickly turns into a bloodbath when a familiar demon hellbent on ridding the world of hunters shows up.

On another more positive note, the promotional stills reveal that the episode will also feature the first meeting between Mary and Sheriff Jody Mills, who's essentially served as a surrogate mother of sorts to both Sam & Dean for the better part of the last decade.

Check out the new promo and fifteen promotional stills below:

In the show’s tenth season, Sam and Dean Winchester (Jared Padalecki & Jensen Ackles) faced their most personal threat yet. The all-powerful Mark of Cain threatened to consume Dean, turning him into one of the monsters he has spent his life hunting. Meanwhile, a formidable witch, Rowena (Ruth Connell), rose to power to claim her position at the right hand of the King of Hell, Crowley (Mark A. Sheppard). Once Rowena revealed herself to be Crowley’s mother, the King was forced to choose between his family and the Winchesters — all while Sam, with the help of fallen angel Castiel (Misha Collins), Crowley and some unlikely allies, waged a desperate battle to save Dean from the Mark of Cain. Taking matters into his own hands, Dean paid a terrible price to break free of the curse, but with Death defeated and Darkness freed upon the Earth, the Winchesters will need all the help they can get.

Supernatural features:
Jared Padalecki as Sam Winchester
Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester
Misha Collins as Castiel
Mark A. Sheppard as Crowley
Samantha Smith as Mary Winchester

Supernatural returns November 17

Ahhh I hate that reaper. Tessa was awesome, why did they make her a suicide bomber angel instead of a badass, level-headed reaper? Show's gotten lost in its own mythology.

But on the bright side, I have come to love Sheriff Mills. In fact, I am in no way into older chicks usually but... She has somehow become super hot since the short hair cut. The cute bubbly personality helps.
