Over at IMDB user, elektranz has posted something great.

" Hey, i work as a projectionist for a theater complex, Berkley Cinemas, in Auckland, New Zealand and we just got an email from Paramount today to say that they will be sending out the first trailers for Iron Man 2 and Shrek Forever After next week to be played before Avatar beginning Dec. 17. :) just thought i'd pass along the good news."


Just as you, I'm not sure how much of this to believe, But I checked out the user's profile, and it seems that he doesn't have an history of false info, so who knows. I really hope this is true. Also the user says he works in New Zealand, and accroding to the official Iron Man 2 site, New Zealand gets to see the film a week before the Worldwide release on May 7th. So they may get the trailer before the U.S, while be wait for Christmas Day with Sherlcok Holmes.

thatll be way cool i loved the videos of ironman shown on here awhile back i cant wait for that movie im about to explode hahah but the more i see commercials for avatar the more i wanna see it....oh also sherlock holmes looks badass

Fingers crossed! Anyway, they'll release it online at the same time I would've thought so we'll see it one way or the other!

I've pretty much given up on any Captain America casting news this year so this is all I have to look forward to when it comes to CBM's this year, lol!

Don't get too excited guys, it'll probably just be like the first Dark Knight teaser and the Star Trek teaser which were just like 2 minute slightly animated freezeframes with 2 notes of the temp score - then a big metal "UNDER CONSTRUCTION SUMMER 2010".

So I'm gonna be first one there and camp out - let me know if you're in the Northern VA area! lol jk

looks a little cartoonish (pun intended) and
silly to get me excited at all!

Oh please let this be true, the only movies I am going to see before the end of the year are Avatar and Sherlock Holmes and the Iron Man trailer better be before one of them! It will give me a huge reason to look forward to next year
