Nukethefridge.com have it on good authority that the comic legend will be playing the talk show host Larry King in "Iron Man 2"..

"Iron Man creator and Marvel comics legend, Stan Lee will be playing "Larry King" in "Iron Man 2." Lee as "King" will interview Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.) on "Larry King Live." Stan Lee will be questioning Stark about his new, modified "black" Iron Man suit."

They say their source also confirms that Lee will be a playable character in "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2."

This has not been confirmed so treat it as only a rumor until further notice, but that Black Suit thing is veeeery interesting!

no, the whole point of stalth armour is so people don't know it's there. plus stalth armour was always depicted as more of a glowing blue. most likely, stark is trying to take a break and don cheadle's Rhodey will be making a war machine appearance.

I agree, I like Stan's cameos. He deserves 'em, plus the guy isn't getting any younger, so I think that they should get as many cameos filmed of him while he's still around.

Apart from a stealth costume or War Machine the only 'black' suit that I can think of iss the one that Black Widow wears in The Ultimates 2! Not sure how I would feel about that...

Stan's cameos are the best part of the Marvel movies-its always good fun spotting Stan, lol!

based on that pic above of the stealth suit, that kinda does look dominantly black. black with a tint or shine of blue, similar to how they used to color in Venom's costume. Venom sometimes looked black with a tint of blue. plus in the white box on the bottom of that comic book cover, it says "the now-EBON avenger". Ebon as in ebony, usually meaning black. but thats just my opinion. i cud be wrong so dont all start ganging up on me at once lol. i never read any iron man comics featuring his stealth suit. but im leaning more towards it being the war machine armor in the movie.

well knowing hollywood, if they are putting the stealth armor in the movie i wudnt be surprised it they did make it black. you kno how they always hav a tendency to change things. besides from dark blue to black wouldnt be that bad. theyre both dark colors which could resemble stealth either way.

i still think it could be the black widows iron suit if they're gonna follow the ultimate storyline between the characters (though i hope not-the stealth uit could look pretty good on the big screen!)

I love Stan's cameos too, but not as Larry King. He should just be the host of Larry King type show. As far as being in ultimate alliance 2 thats going to be the sh!t They should give him a super pencil that will allow him to erase characters right off the screen.

As long as he is not Nick Fury, Captain America, Tony Stark's Dad nor War Machine. (And sorry not even J.Jonah Jameson). Its a just a cameo which requires not a great amount of acting talent. Its the least we can do for the guy that gave us this universe we much love.

Although as Larry King I may expect some funny quips from him for a change. By the way are there any collectable Stan Lee action figures for every cameos he made? That would be a gem.

Diff. topic, but io9.com has a pretty nice article on how they think Marvel will bring back Cap. It's all conjecture, but seemed v. plausible and I like how they make their case.

FYI, the stealth armor is black. It looks blue because that's how they sometimes highlight black in comic books. Venom has looked the same way in comics depending on the artist. Any busts/models made were that artists interpretation, and plain black doesn't look good on a scaled version of anything.
