Tood Philips' acclaimed, but controversial Joker will be with us very soon, and Warner Bros. has now debuted the movie's awesome IMAX poster.

The chilling one-sheet finds Arthur Fleck (Joaquin Phoenix) fully embracing his new persona along with the chaos that's spread through Gotham City as a result of his actions.

In addition, Collider has shared a couple of stunning posters commissioned by the studio specifically for the film. They come courtesy of artists Rich Davies and Luke Butland, and are well worth a look.

Check out all three posters below, along with the rest of the previously released one-sheets. Which one do you like best?

Joker hits theaters on October 2. Will you guys be there opening weekend?

@TheRationalNerd - WeGotThisCovered has been proven numerous times to not be an accurate source at all. They make all their stories up, and the only times they're right is a coincidence

@TheRationalNerd - I'm pretty sure WGTC is mostly shit thrown at the wall in hopes of something sticking, but feel free to correct me on that as I'm not sure.

Though still have a bit hope this will resolve itself before next year when the next film is meant to go into production. Whats the point of Disney becoming a "large evil conglomerate" if they can't resolve this.

@RorMachine - Aww man, only reason why I took them slightly serious was because they "allegedly" broke news about SHE-Hulk and Ms. Marvel.

Todd Phillips citing Chantal Akerman as an influence for this was so weird lmao. I was expecting the Taxi Drive/Serpico/Network/King of Comedy influences but that one was incredibly strange.
Also, considering how misanthropic his comedies were, and how controversial his documentaries were, maybe we should have expected him to go full-nihilist on this.

Can't help but feel it echoes a little TDK's Joker with the fire behind him since he was all about being an agent of chaos.

Great poster still.

The film that will prove Nolan's approach to CBM's was the one Warner Brother's SHOULD have followed!

@Forthas - The approach WB should take is to give creatives their freedom
