I was just over at holymoly.com and they have put up 5 Heroes/Teams that would have been better than GL, so I thought I would do my own little list.

I am not dissing the movie by doing this, It's more like what I would have wanted to see.

Superman. The Man Of Steel. Known the world over as the guardian of truth, justice and the American Way.
Batman. The Dark Knight. Known the world over as the tortured vigilante crime-fighter and worlds greatest detective.
Green Lantern. He’s got some kind of green superpowers that involve a lamp. Known the world over as being played by the guy from Van Wilder.

Disagree feel free, this is the people I would like to see have movies, not what they should have done.

5, Scott Free

Mister Miracle was Scott Free, the god of escape in the New Gods mythology. Originally, the boy Scott Free was the son of Highfather Izaya, the ruler of New Genesis. However, as part of a diplomatic move to stop a destructive war against the planet Apokolips, Highfather agreed to an exchange of children with his enemy Darkseid. In doing so, he surrendered Scott Free to the care of his enemy while he received his enemy's son, Orion.

4, Lobo

Lobo killed all the other Czarnians with a plague. (He claimed it was a science project and gave himself an 'A'). Since then he has traveled the galaxies collecting bounties. Lobo has a strict code of honor when it comes to these agreements. Along the way he has met and battled a number of superheroes

3, Green Arrow

Green Arrow is a vigilante superhero who fights crime using archery, martial arts and technology. In his secret identity he is Oliver Queen, living in Star City as a wealthy playboy and billionaire industrialist turned outspoken liberal politician. He is the leader of Team Arrow; he has also been a member of the Justice League and the Outsiders.

2, The Question

When Vic Sage, a television investigative journalist, encountered stories he couldn't investigate by normal, legal means, he donned a special mask (kept in his belt buckle) that made it appear that he had no face. As the Question, Sage investigated corruption in the face of all danger, leaving a blank "calling card," which, when touched, emitted a smoky question mark.

THE BIG ONE

1, Captain Marvel

Captain Marvel is known as the world's mightiest mortal, a super-hero with magic origins. He was chosen to be a champion for good by the powerful wizard Shazam, and gains incredible powers whenever he speaks the wizard's name. In his secret identity he is young Billy Batson, an idealistic news reporter working in Fawcett City, but when he speaks the name shazam he transforms into his fully-grown heroic persona. The powers he has been granted include S for the wisdom of Solomon, H for the strength of Hercules, A for the stamina of Atlas, Z for the power of Zeus, A for the courage of Achilles, and M for the speed of Mercury. These are the powers of the gods themselves. In addition, he is the leader of the Marvel Family.

That's it:) what you think? Who would you have liked instead of GL?
