Considering the epic action and jaw-dropping spectacle of S. S. Rajamouli's RRR, it's been no surprise that stars N. T. Rama Rao Jr. and Ram Charan - and the director - have been a hot topic of discussion around Hollywood over the past year and, it should come as no surprise that many fans across the globe have already started fan-casting the two superstars in a variety of different superhero roles, with Wolverine being a popular pick for Charan.
When we were recently granted an exclusive opportunity to sit down with Ram Charan himself, we couldn't pass up the chance to ask him whether he'd ever be interested in joining a Marvel film, and he expressed his immense excitement at the prospect, while offering a very interesting counter as well.
"I think it's every kid's dream to be in a superhero film. I was also a big fan of any kind of superhero and I did watch a lot of superhero movies. Also, I don't know what kind of a role I would fit into, but obviously, I would love to have a director from one of the Marvel series look at so many superhero characters we have in our history, in our mythology in India, and take that character and be part of the bigger Avengers, I think the bigger team that is there."
