Do you remember how it was previously reported Spider-Man would get a new Lego set this June, but there were no actual figures or details about the set shown at Toy Fair this February? Well, I'm pleased to say that we now have confirmation from the foreign site Brick Heroes that the new Spider-Man set will be based upon the new animated series, "Ultimate Spider-Man", which makes its debut this Sunday on Disney XD.

It was believed that this new Lego Spider-Man set would have been based on the comics. Either that is not true, or maybe we'll see one eventually? That's just a guess, though. Since we have an "Ultimate Spider-Man" set coming this summer, I expect we could see more Ultimate Spidey Lego sets in the future. What do you guys think of the new Spidey Lego set?
