Official Look At Lego DC Comics BRAINIAC ATTACK Set

A few months ago I posted an article showing the first look at the 2015 Lego DC Superheroes sets. The only image that was not released was the Lego Brainiac Attack (76040) set. Well, now we have our look at the set, which includes, Brainiac, Martian Manhunter, and more! Check it out!

A while back, I posted an article revealing the first official images of the 2015 Lego DC Superheroes sets here. Sadly, there were no pictures of Brainiac Attack (76040). Now, the good people at The Brick Fan have released images that they've received from their trusted sources.

The set will retail for $24.99 and consists of four minifigures: Brainiac, Superman, Supergirl and Martian Manhunter.

As you can see in the images above, these minifigures are wearing their classic designs, where as the minifigures in the other 2015 sets are wearing their New 52 outfits. Another important point is that the Martian Manhunter here is significantly different than the one released in the (5002126) Poly bag that you could've received when spending $75 at LEGO Stores or on Shop@Home back in March of this year.

Personally, I like the New 52 minifigure more. So, are you guys planning on picking this up in stores when it's released in 2015? Or will your wallets to tired from all of the other sets you may or may not be getting? Leave your comments down below, and don't forget to hit that thumbs up button! Or don't, cause you probably won't, anyway...

Here's something else: There's a new Lego DC movie coming out!
