@teabag ROFL!!!!!
@marvel72 I pretty much agree, it seems too plastic compared to TAS. but I like how it features lesser known DC properties to a more mainstream setting. And Batman BATB makes him look toofat IMO.

I hate the animation on that show. In fact most of the newer Superhero cartoons (since JLU was canceled) have had the worst animation and voice actors. They are trying too hard to appeal to young kids when Batman: TAS, Superman: TAS, and the JL and JLU all tried to also appeal to adults. Bruce Timm and Dwayne McDuffie actually could include more mature themes in their shows and it seems like the newer cartoons not only have kiddie animation but are not as thought provoking.

I MISS JLU!

When this show first came out, I was like; what the hell is this, watered down, baby shit? Then I started watching it. And with all it's outrageous stories, the show is good and the writing is solid. The cameos and team-ups are awesome too.

I like the show, it has a funny side, and doesn't take itself too seriously.

About flippin time! Its been far too long for that show to be off on Cartoon Network. Now that it is back, I hope they put this show side by side with Young Justice; it will be nothing but a DC Super Hero Power Hour.

@marvel72 As much as I want to argue with that logic, I have no choice to back off due to that typical, ironic bs about "everyone is entitled to their opinions . . . except for the ones criticizing other's opinions, even though that is THEIR opinions".
Still, when I was a kid I have always thought that Batman TAS was made for kids; and apperantly I still thought of that notion to this day.

Doesn't this make the entire purpose of the show pointless....the idea was originally to introduce DC characters not many know about with Batman as the one who teams up with them. Having Superman in it is taking the top tier Hero and placing him in a lower tier characters spot light......now granted I only seen a few episodes and they were fun, but again....introduce lower tier heroes to a wider audience

the animation is very basic & its aimed at kids,is that enough to dislike it.

batman the animated series had a more grown up feel to it,alot of the stories are well written the animation was top notch.

This show is clever and hilarious. It´s about a comic detective.

It's freaking hilarious that anyone would complain about this show being aimed at a young audience, especially considering the attention given to the more obscure characters featured on it. IT'S A MOTHER'F'WORDING CARTOON!!! Just silly. I occasionally enjoy it because I can watch it with my five-year-old. It has plenty going for it, especially if you're actually part of the target audience.

You know, every time Superman makes an appearance on a Batman show... it ends up cancelled some how soon after that. WTF right?
NeoBaggins
NeoBaggins - 3/20/2011, 6:14 PM
I'm telling you, it's not what you think it is. I thought it was kiddy shit too but it's not as silly as the drawings makes it look. Now, if you want to get pissed off about some kiddy shit, there's this crap called SUPERHERO SQUAD where the Avenegers are big-headed Babies.
