The Dark Knight Rises: Photoshopped Screengrabs Reveal New Details. All of Bane's Face!

I photoshopped some of the images to bring out some details you still can't quite see in the trailer. Now you can see all of Bane's face and enhanced details of the final battle scene.

I used some photoshop tools to enhance and brighten some of the images, and as you can see there is a dramatic difference. I think the most noticeable difference is the close-up of Bane.

Playing with the curves feature, you can now see details that are tough to decipher from the trailer. The other surprise was the details you can now see from the final scene with Bane vs. Batman.


The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters July 20th 2012 and stars Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Michael Caine as Alfred Pennyworth, Garly Oldman as Jim Gordon, Tom Hardy as Bane, Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle, Joseph Gordon-Levitt as John Blake and Marion Cotillard as Miranda Tate.

nice work!

Bane's mask could be better, but i don't mind it.

and it looks like they're fighting in a warehouse.

and that guy in the back doesn't seem to move in inch the entire time.

Nolan's great at getting the chatter going!

I assume the 'venom', which I think is healing Lazarus pit water, is being pumped up the tube and turned into an inhalator via the 'teeth'.

What do you guys think?

In the pic of bane with his mask on, it looks like tubes are going in his mouth. Maybe in the Nolanverse, Bane has to orally injest the venom. That might explain the smoke coming off of bane as he is walking towards bats. One could argue its simply cold, but Bats is breathing really hard, and its not coming off of him.

Mask looks cool enough i know that!:)
And somehow its little creepy looking too.

Bane definitely has the venom in this film. I dont know why else he would be keeping that kind of mask.

The mask is horrible and in the background it's Alfred with a sniper rifle, ready to shoot Bane. Holy prep time Batman !
This is nothing compared to the Avengers teaser... :p

Just a theory, but maybe the guy pointing the gun is part of some kind of criminal "army" Bane has amassed to destroy Gotham. Maybe that's what the chants are about. Batman is perhaps being forced into some kind of gladiator-style battle with Bane?

Not saying that's a good idea or that I'm right.

Not a big fan of the mask but, based the other two movies, it could be a more "practical" design. Not sure how, though.

2 Things..

1) Any chance that Batman has a bullet hole through the front of his chest in the zoomed in picture of him.. definitely looks like some type of distortion with the suit.

2) The person in the background.. are they definietly holding a gun OR could they have both hands around their throat as if noose were tied around them?

I actually dig the mask... It really just looks shitty as a picture. The teaser photo was meant to be a photo, so they made sure to pull it off right. The mask looks great as a part of the film though. Stoked.

I think these look good. Good job. I wonder if the mouth piece in his mask will move? Or if that is just a breathing device. And whatever he is wearing in the fight scene..
