Production will indeed be affected by Black Widow actress, Scarlet Johansson's recently revealed pregnancy. The plans are for the studio to “fast-track her scenes” once she returns from promoting Captain America: The Winter Soldier and will begin filming abroad on April 5th.

So it appears we can all let out a big sigh of relief that filming will not be delayed and we can still expect a fully involved Black Widow.

I hope she has the long hair with the bang for this one. They change her hair for every movie so I'm excited to see what they do this time around. I also can't wait for costume and story from her character.

What's up with Whedon being blind-sided by pregnant women? Charisma Carpenter nearly broke Angel when she surprised everyone with a baby bump during the production of the fourth season. Made that storyline the most bizarrely convoluted piece of plot from both Buffyverse shows.

I preferred Widow's look from IM2. Her hair looked the best there. I'm not a fan of the Avengers short hair, and her Winter Soldier hair looks too orange. Too bad she doesn't look like the BW from Earth's Mightiest Heroes...
