Now, maybe you have already seen this posted somewhere and maybe you haven't. This is a long shot but it's certainly something to hope and pray for...and you know there has been all too much of that ever since we heard mentioned that Nolan would be connected to both the latest Batman film and the upcoming Superman film.

Lest me eyes deceive me there appears to be a hint of Superman in the TDKR poster.
If you look just below the tip of the left wing, you can make out a chunk of falling debris that looks pretty similar to a 3-D rendering of Superman's classic "S" shield.

You can hit the jump at the bottom to see the rest of the "story" from www.reelzchannel.com.

@Paulrom....yeah you are probably right. HOWEVER wouldnt it be nice? Besides you know how subtle NOLAN can be and how things are constantly changing in hollywood. Although Nolan has debunked the idea back last year....things can change just to throw us for a loop. Fingers crossed.

"yeah you are probably right. HOWEVER wouldnt it be nice?"

you know what else would be nice? world peace, an island where dinosaurs survived extinction, free pie for everyone worldwide, an end to hunger, hookers for all...

you know what though? none of those things are going to happen. you know what else? ITS A [frick]ING ROCK!

Guess what naterator some one already posted this yesterday and not sure if they took it down or not but its been posted. So you have stumbled upon some new discovery. Dreaming is a good thing but Nolans not going to do it so its pointless dreaming about it

this is good. everyone chime in together to point out the obviouse..."its a rock". this is clear. BUT IT STILL HAS A RESEMBLANCE TO AN 'S' SHIELD. i didnt make this up. i just found it on another site and decided to post it. DECIDE AS YOU WILL. I think sits kinda neat and i know it probably doesnt mean anything but its still COOL.

NOW....everyone pull the corks out of your butts and relax. LOL...

it(MOS) would have to take place after begins, because in nolan's universe batman is the first superhero ever concieved, thats why he went to the opera instead of zorro

Some people need to take a breath and calm down a bit... Yes, it looks a lot like the S-Shield, but I think we can all agree that Superman isnt gonna be in TDKR... If it was intentional, which I personally believe it was, its nothing more than an Easter Egg, a nudge and a wink to the fans. Nothing more.

Agreed CAEDUS137....its like they look at the pics and dont even read what i wrote...lazy ass comments. Thats all.

Fine. Let me rephrase my comment. There is no connection between the films. Nolan and some other producer guy stated months ago there is no connection either.

I don't think i'd really want a connection anyway. Nolan's Batman is sooooo grounded, I can't ever see Superman existing in that same exact setting.

Superman would probably be existing in a Nolan-universe parallel to the Nolan-Batman universe.

As a fan, that is my best reasoning.

its a reflection of the joker. what everyone thinks is the superman s is playing cards and the jokers face is above it. the image is sideways. looks similar to this http://quizilla.teennick.com/user_images/W/WH/WHY/WHYSOSERIOUS1991/1216411685_1900_full.jpeg

trash the red trunks and...i don't like the high-rise collar look, that must go.

as for combining batman and superman in the same movie universe...why NOT?? They both now involve BOTH Chris Nolan AND David Goyer. that should be a given chance for WB/DCE to stop being STOOPID and secure for it to HAPPEN.

Bale and Cavill could work. as for the rest of the leaguers..they could cast it AROUND those two actors. i don't mind they recast Hal Jordan, actually. as a matter of fact, i don't even mind if they decide to send Hal back to the limbo land and follow Bruce Timm's path by making John Stewart as the main GL.
