EDITROIAL: Good Actors Getting On The Comic Movie Bandwagon

Angie Harmon's recent declaration that she desperately wants to play She-Hulk has been met with cynicism and critisms of bandwagon jumping. I ask what could possibly be bad about this.

I hate bandwagon jumpers at the best of times, its disingenuine, and shows a lack of heart and a desperation to belong, but in terms of comic book film, and in the shadows of the success of The Avengers I have no problem with the likes of Angie Harmon solving the problematic casting issues and saying that they would like be apart of this new phenomenon.

Having the best actors in comic book film is nothing new, with the early days of both Superman and Batman films sharing an equally great number of awesome acting talent giving some pretty damn good performances of both hero and villain alike.

If more actors put their hand up and say that they are willing to put their talents to the ultimate test, and immortalise themselves, then at least we will have actors who want to play these characters, and do them justice, and give us awesome comic book films, then I say bring it on NOW!!!!!
