Yea i watched this movie on the internet months ago. I wouldn't classify this as a B-Movie but more like a D-Movie. The acting was bad and the special effects were worse. It was a good idea but bad execution see for your self.

Kind of like a political campaign being based on the words "hope" and "change".

Looks like a "bad movie I like" I'm sure everyone who posts here has at least one bad movie they love to watch.

ROR-

Honestly, how was Chun Li? I haven't had time to go check it out yet. I'm thinkin about double featuring it with Watchmen this wknd (paying for one of course! (and yes, it will be Watchmen)).

I downloaded this a few weeks ago, a couple of days later this movie came up in a thread on here and everyone started rippin it, so that kinda turned me off.

LEEE777-

I'll watch it this weekend with an open mind. I didn't think Outlander was terrible, just ok. But then again, I have a soft spot for cheesy sci-fi ;)

Above is my review of Chun Li. I enjoy the odd brainless movie too but with something like Outlander which had so much potential to just throw it all away in the last hour is even worse than a movie just being flat out shit (like Mutant Chronicals!)

oh and lee777, please explain to me how Outlander is in any way original? Spaceman crashlands on earth and joins up with the locals to stop a big nasty alien. Thats it..the concept and the movie..iv scribbled better on the back of a beer mat.

This has been out in the UK for ages and I gotta say, why did we British citizens have to deal with this crap before the rest of the World?! It sucked ass and even the Great Ron wasn't able to make something of it. Totally rubbish and not worth anyone's time

I have not yet seen Outlander (just heard of its existance recently) but i am a huge fan of vikings (check out the comic series Northlander for some kick ass viking goodness).
It looks like a mediocre movie in general but a kick ass movie to mine eyes. just as this one does. but then again I enjoyed Billy Zane in the Phantom.
would never say it is a great movie but it is entertaining none the less, as I can only assume this one will be. come on its malkovich (always excellent) pearlman (fracking hellboy!) and jane (punisher was not as bad as people make it out to be and the blame definately does not rest with jane) plus Nuala from Hellboy 2. no way is this movie not going to be entertaining.

Gotta agree with Rorschach on this one. I liked watching it for its style and effects and all, but anything even close to a real storyline is non-existent, and the dialoge is painfull....PAINFULL i tells ya.

i saw the first like, 15 minutes online and turned it off like, maybe 7 months ago maybe more...

This movie was released in the UK last summer and was a huge flop. I personally haven't seen it yet but have only heard bad things about it, Very bad things!! It is already available in all of the bargain buckets of Blockbuster video stores. I may watch it if it comes on the telly, but I wouldn't pay to see it. It's a shame because the cast is ace!
spanky
spanky - 3/6/2009, 6:13 AM
did he just throw a billy zane title movie, lame. now that movie suck hard " the Phantom" omg! cheesy is what this producers was going for, right? i think that is why i liked it, the german actor form run lola run kinda makes the movie more watchable.

I totally dug the first punisher movie, when I watched it I was actually pretty mad at myself for listening to everyone and not seeing it the theaters. That was the most epic revenge on film to date.
