How Sony can make everything better in the MCU.......

Sony could make or break cbm's as we know it, so like uncle Ben said "with stuff comes more stuff..." (you know what he said). But check out how I think things should go.

This my friends is an idea that popped in my head and stayed there so I just had to get it out so please bear with me. I'm just going to spit it out , Sony needs to give up Spiderman. After first Spider man 2 I think we can agree these Spiderman movies just are not working for one reason or another . So maybe they could trade that world in for a bigger part of the marvel universe.
It's really just simple , they are going to milk Spiderman for every penny then when they bleed it dry.....reboot. And that mistake would effectively kill Spiderman's popularity and possibly comicbook movies as a whole. So instead how about a deal where Marvel gets Spidey back and Sony gets to make 8 movies within the Marvel Universe maybe 2 more (hopefully better) spiderman movies and 2 tv series. the possibilities are endless but heres a few ideas I have that would show you where I'm going with this.
Please feel free to tell me what you think.

1.       Black Panther – Tells the story of the Black Panther, T’Challa. After his father is murdered by the crazed Hydra scientist Ulysses Klaw the boy becomes a man and eventually king.

2.       Nick Fury 4 part television miniseries – Tells the story of Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D.in the late 60’s and early 70’s. Young Nick Fury goes from troubled youth to revolutionary  to Soldier to agent of S.H.I.E.L.D..(first I envisioned this as a movie but I think a mini series would be better)

3.       Marvel 2 for 1 Blade/War Machine (AKA Grindhouse, Marvel style)

Blade – Blade returns from retirement after a deranged doctor (Dr. Michael Morbius) causes an outbreak of a man made Vampire-virus.

War Machine- On a routine mission usaf col. Rhodes is ambushed by a new powerful enemy. Badly damaged he is rebuilt with the help of his friend Tony Stark. Hell-bent on revenge he becomes less man and more war machine.(AKA Robocop, Marvel style lol)

4.       The Invaders-set in the World War 2 era , after the disappearances of Captain America and Hydra leader Red Skull, a new evil threaten to destroy the world.  Earth’s mightiest heroes come to the rescue. joined by Howard Starks new S.H.I.E.L.D. agency, Union Jack a former member of the original Captain America's howling commandos who, inspired by Rogers, suits up to finish the fight,  Namor king of Atlantis, The Black Panther a king of a highly advanced African nation ,The Human Torch,a machine who thinks he’s a man. And the U.S.’s second attempt at a super soldier the new Captain America who’s serum has unexpected consequences.

these would be awesome and not interfere with the current marvel universe
obviously I didn't create any of these characters and most of these stories are from various comicbook series
I'm just a fan with a plan.
what do you think?

I don't think Marvel Studios gives 2 shits about Spider-Man right now. They're dealing with the classic story-lines more so than recent continuity (00s-present). Remember, Spidey didn't become an official member until New Avengers (which was released in December 2004), where as the MCU is dealing with tales that range from the 60s to the late 80s. SONY can kill Spider-Man on film, it doesn't affect the MCU one bit. Marvel Studios/Disney is printing money at this point, so Spidey wouldn't increase their box office, meaning there's no real incentive for the studio to re-acquire the rights.

All valid points and marvel has little incentive to care , I was thinking more from the Sony point of view. They would gain more in the shirt term, but having Spider-Man , Norman Osborn, Kraven, Morbius, and the rest of that world in addition to another outlet to tell more stories to expand your universe has to have some value .

That deal wouldn't really work, nor would it improve on what we have already in my opinion.
