Besides Spider-Man news, Val Broeksmith have also uncovered more emails from the Sony leak revealing details about the studios' taste for one "Interstellar".

An email exchange dated November 5th (Interstellar's release date) between Scott Rudin (Sony Producer), and Cynthia Swartz (Sony Strategic Consultant), reveal that Christopher Nolan's film was "Depressingly Bad" and "Sort of Shocking".

Asked if the audience hated the movie, Swartz who attended the screening went on to say "It's incredibly disappointing that that much money gets you so little of anything exciting."

What are your thoughts about Sony Pictures claiming a movie like Interstellar was depressingly bad?

"Hey Matthew, how do you feel about Sony's The Amazing Spider-Man 2?"

I would say something snarky about how this is further proof of Sony's failings...but at the end of the day, a random producer and strategic consultant's taste in movies has absolutely no bearing on Sony's overall ability to function as a studio. There are plenty of other instances that prove how inept they are at their jobs. This isn't one of them.

I enjoy most of Christopher Nolan's films and gave Interstellar a 7/10. For Nolan that's a bad score

But. But... People can't POSSIBLY have differing opinions on a film! How is that possible?!?!?

The only depressingly bad issue here is the shocking fact that these Sony Spider-slayers clearly confused Interstellar with Transformers 4.

That's pretty ridiculous.
But come on, this is just two people talking to each other about the competition. They're being haters and trash talkers, but this is personal communication, so who cares.

I personally wasn't the biggest fan of the movie. I watched it in IMAX and the only thing I could find redeeming about it was the cool space scenes. The plot just wasn't to my liking. I personally would have liked the Greys over the time travel way the movie went in. That being said even though it wasn't to my liking, I really hope to see more movies that want to show off space travel.

The only positive I see coming out of this is that Nolanites will now rally up and defend their Cult Master (Christopher Nolan) by doing their master's bidding. They will began by trolling and spamming Sony Entertainment's Facebook and Twitter page with paragraphs and paragraphs about how ingenious Nolan is, and how the people at Sony are too stupid to understand the deeper undertones of Interstellar. Then those trolling and spamming paragraphs will evolve into sexist, homophobic, and raciest death threats about the people in charge and in the end, Sony will freak out and sell Spider-Man back to Marvel without any strings attached just so they could take that money and increase the security around their building.

Just when Sony seemed to have finally escaped the crosshairs of fanatical North Korean cultists defending their Supreme Leader, they piss off a group of even more manically devoted followers...

Nolanites. :)

Man this hack has been nothing but devastating to Sony.
