Lobo: Joel Silver first off tells everyone that Lobo is a DC Comics character for mature audiences, he's a antihero alien who mass murdered his own entire species to be original. Lobo's super strong, has a healing factor and much more, but Silver wouldn't say whether Lobo would be prosthetic makeup or created on a computer and he said something about blue skin?
Silver has already confirmed and commissioned a promising test he said. "We just did a big test, and the studio just saw it, so we're seeing how we're going to pull that off. It's up to the studio to make the decision what they want to do, so I'm waiting to see if they want to make that movie."
Sgt. Rock: Sgt.Rock is a soldier in World War II with superhuman strength and endurance, plus a bullseye shot bringing down planes with a machine gun.
Director Francis Lawrence has really impressed Silver with his ideas on the Sgt. Rock movie. Silver said "Francis has got a real vision for this thing, and if we can pull it off it'll be a great movie."
Swamp Thing: Silver confirmed that in September he would make the DC Comics adaption in 3-D. He's also confirmed the Swamp Thing project is moving forward but probably won't be ready for a Halloween 2010. Silver told everyone this; "I don't think it'll be that soon, but we're working on it. It's happening, so we'll see what happens. I mean, it's something I'm excited about doing, and I want to hopefully pull that off, so we're working on that now."
Sherlock Holmes 2: Silver wants to get the sequel going as fast as possible and get that on the fast track.
The Apparition: Another Silver project, which he plans to make with Twilight Ashley Greene as the leading lady.
LEEE777 - Well awesome news these projects are even being talked about, though not sure on the blue skin take on Lobo, he's got white skin, plus it is a good sign WWII is still mentioned in Sgt.Rock, even though they may still go the other way. As for Swamp Thing, a big yes from me. Others meh not so much! ; D
