There are only two characters in X-Men history that have moved from television to comics, X-23 and Firestar.

X-23 was introduced in "X-Men:Evolution," the episode "X-23". Her real name is never revealed in the show. To keep it simple, HYDRA cloned Wolverine, except made a girl version this time around.

X-23 is a weapon, just as Wolverine was originally. Except they failed 22 times before landing her. They grafted Wolverine's DNA to get his mutant healing ability for her. Instead of doing three claws on each hand, they put two, and added a claw on each foot. She was made into a hardened weapon, with no feelings except anger. X-23 blames Wolverine for her imprisonment with HYDRA.

Wolverine looks old compared to X-23, who seems to have mastered every fighting style known to man, and a few unknown styles. In combat she uses every advantage she has, even faking Professor X out with some tears.

Later in" X-Men: Evolution" she is seen again. She purposely gets caught so she can hijack a chopper and fake her own death. The plan seems to have worked, because S.H.I.E.L.D. has stopped looking for her. In the season finale she is seen again in a vision Prof. X had, except this time as an adult and a part of the X-Men.

X-23 surprised us all when she made the appearance in the episode "Stolen Lives" in "Wolverine and the X-Men." She seems must more hostile towards Wolverine, and even wishes to fight him, but is held back. Later in the season finale she is seen fighting Sentinels. She is voiced by Tara Strong.
