Second worst movie of the year imo

@HeavyMetal4Life - the first being ready player one

@MrNegative - I haven't seen that movie yet. First for me is Rampage, what a freaking dumb movie.

@HeavyMetal4Life - I’d say fourth (behind Wrinkle in Time, Truth or Dare, and The Predator).

@MUTO123 - Holy crap, I forgot Wrinkle in Time came out this year. No way I will put myself through watching Wrinkle or Truth or Dare. Since I'm such a big fan of Predator, I'll probably watch The Predator at some point; at least I know to expect disappointment.

@HeavyMetal4Life @MUTO123 for me this year has had some surprisingly disappointing movies. My least favorites by far...
3) the happy time murders (laughed maybe once the whole movie)
2) Deadpool 2 (I can’t remember finding anything enjoyable or memorable about that film)
1) ready player one...the most bland leads in a film I’ve seen since Jupiter ascending and no amount of cameos is going to make up for how many times I almost fell asleep through the by the numbers plot.

@MrNegative - I liked Deadpool 2 and Ready Player One. I lost interest in Happytime Murders once the second trailer dropped, I'll probably catch that on TV someday.

@HeavyMetal4Life - Skyscraper and Predator are two the pop in my head.

This was the best scene in the movie, but also the saddest and most emotional in the franchise.

And the fact that they used the death of the ORIGINAL Brachiosaurus from the first movie as a way to close a door on dino adventures on Isla Nubar....

@HeavyMetal4Life - i learned that from the Honest Trailer. You watch the commentaries?? I love the twenty minute rant on the trailer.

Off Topic: I was looking at reviews for Captain Marvel and obviously there mixed. I assumed people didnt like Brie Larsons performance, which makes sense, but then i saw that people dont like Brie Larson before even this trailer released, or even set photos during production. Why is this?? Seems like all this stems waaaaay before this trailer. I like Brie Larson and all movies ive seen her in. What am i missing??

@MrCamw1 - I think some had certain people in mind to play Captain Marvel and I don’t think Brie was at the top. I could be mistaken of course but it reminds me of when Gal was picked for Wonder Woman.

I like the casting choice personally.

@ChangAlang - i dont lnow it might be more than that. I did a bit of digging a few minutes ago and saw that people like The Quartering and Geeks+Gamers(yt channels i do not like at all but need to preference for my point) using the term sjw in regards to her, and they were videos from months ago.

@MrCamw1 - Oh right. I’ll check them out sometime to see their viewpoint. I’m only going off what I’ve read since she was cast so it’s limited knowledge.

This is probably the second or third best film in the Jurassic Park franchise, depending on how you feel about The Lost World.

1. Jurassic Park
2. The Lost World
3. Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom
4. Jurassic Park III
5. Jurassic World
MrCamw1
MrCamw1 - 9/18/2018, 10:38 PM
@L0RDbuckethead - ive only seen the originak and the two Jurassic World movies. I cant speak on the twonafter the original but im sure Jeff Goldblum was amazing in that second film.
L0RDbuckethead
L0RDbuckethead - 9/19/2018, 12:02 AM
@MrCamw1 - Yeah I feel that The Lost World gets a bit of unnecessary hate. It's not the most coherent film, but it's still a great popcorn flick and the dinosaur moments are pretty cool. Plus it's got Goldblum AND young Vince Vaughn. I'd highly recommend it.

Tbh, I can see why people disliked Fallen Kingdom, but I personally enjoyed it, even though it was kinda dumb. It wasn't by far as terrible as JP3 was.
The first one is still untouchable.
