A brief but action-packed new TV spot has been released for Godzilla Minus One (via SFFGazette.com) and it includes some epic never-before-seen footage of the King of the Monsters unleashed and on the rampage.

Godzilla is once again tearing Japan apart and, as previous sneak peeks have made clear, this version of the iconic Kaiju is among the most formidable and impressive takes we've seen on the legendary monster. We can't even begin to hazard a guess about how he'll be stopped because he looks downright unstoppable.

This is actually Toho's first Godzilla movie since 2016's Shin Godzilla, and one of that movie's VFX artists, Takashi Yamazaki, has been tasked with taking the helm of what sounds like an epic new entry into the long-running franchise.

"Post-war Japan has lost everything. The film depicts an existence that gives unprecedented despair," Yamazaki revealed earlier this year. "The title Godzilla Minus One was created with this in mind. In order to depict this, the staff and I have worked together to create a setting where Godzilla looks as if 'fear' itself is walking toward us, and where despair is piled on top of despair."

"I think this is the culmination of all the films I have made to date, and one that deserves to be 'experienced' rather than 'watched' in the theater. I hope you will experience the most terrifying Godzilla in the best possible environment."

Everything we've seen from the movie has impressed, while Legendary's Apple TV+ series, Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, is also on the way...well, we've seen the first five episodes and trust us when we say what you'll see in the 15-second clip below is vastly more epic than anything that show delivers!

"Set in a post-war Japan," reads an official description, "Godzilla Minus One will once again show us a Godzilla that is a terrifying and overwhelming force. The concept is that Japan, which had already been devastated by the war, faces a new threat with Godzilla, bringing the country into the 'minus.'"

Godzilla Minus One is the 37th film in the Godzilla franchise, Toho's 33rd Godzilla film, and the fifth film in the franchise's "Reiwa" era. It's set to be released in Japan on November 3 and will be unleashed in U.S. theaters on December 1.

Looking forward to it. I saw the last one at the theater in a limited run, and it was excellent.
