First off, Matt Smith (the Time Lord himself) has voiced hopes of seeing dinosaurs feature in a future episode of Doctor Who! According to BANG Showbiz, he understands the creatures would prove costly for the production team, but nonetheless hopes the 11th Doctor will someday come across them:

"I'd quite like to go and see the dinosaurs, but I imagine it would be really expensive," he said. "That would be really cool. I'd also love to go under the sea - that would be fun."

The (3rd) Doctor fought the prehistoric monsters once before alongside traveller Sarah Jane Smith in "Invasion of the Dinosaurs", a 1974 serial.

He also added jokingly: "We should get him [a] sort of pet. An owl. An otter. Oswald the otter."

In other news, a Question & Answer with singer-turned-actress Katherine Jenkins has been released. She is set to appear as the mysterious Abigail Pettigrew in this year's Christmas Special! Check it out:

The one-off holiday special, 'A Christmas Carol' airs on Christmas Day at 6pm on BBC1 (and 9PM EST on BBC America).
