At San Diego Comic-Con, director of Robocop -- José Padilha -- mentioned that we would be getting a trailer for the film when Elysium came out, but it had not appeared online or in-theatres, so the future of the trailer was unknown. Now, Alberta Film Ratings have FINALLY classified the trailer, confirming a running time of 2:11. When do you think it's set to debut? Additionally, if you're hungry for more Robocop, you may have missed this awesome gallery of leaked merchandise featuring a ton of new promotional artwork.

In another interesting and related note, famous fansite RoboCopArchive noted that MGM recently went on a rampage and blocked the majority of RoboCop related videos on YouTube. Could this be due to the marketing of the remake about to begin?

Stay tuned to CBM for the official trailer when it hits!
