So I Have Noticed a lot a rumors around the internet already that Luke is in some way or at some point in the movie evil. I found that interested and I myself have not read them myself and don't know if this is accurate or just rumors but I have heard that Luke does in fact turn evil in some way in the Book Dark empire. so as I danced that thought around my mind while watching the teaser trailer. I noticed the obvious new details that people are already starting to compliment and/or criticize. One in particular caught our attention, didn't it? we all noticed the new light saber of course! That got me thinking... what if this new light saber isn't meant for decorative purposes, what if it does actually have a real and practical use? Now that I have explained the details needed to understand what I am talking about (although I assume anyone who is a real fan would need no explanation) I would like to announce my theory! The Sith in the trailer is Luke. the small saber extensions on his Lightsaber are to protect his hand from getting cut off yet again. Bonus Theory: Luke has turned to the dark side to explore not for evil purposes, If he is the balance of the force like what has been mentioned about both Anakin and Luke, then what if he must know both the light side and the dark side?

lol my bad, I had to reload the page and forget that some details get reset when you do that and the section where you write the article wasn't working right so I decided to white everything in the teaser section. I did not realize it would show everything with it being so long. I screwed it all up. I am not use to writing online.

The dark figure isn't Luke. I've seen the actor playing the character on Facebook. May not be Sith either.

Also, I don't see how the new saber would prevent his hand from being cut off.

If anything it may cause him to cut his own hand off by accident.

Yeah, if anything Luke unbalanced the force just as much as Palpatine did. He removed the counter balance of the Force. To have balance you must have equal amounts of darkness and light. With Palpatine, he unbalanced it by killing 99% of the Jedi. for Luke, he unbalanced it by killing both of the remaining Sith.

wow the people on this site are asshole. you all judge and call people names. its pathetic. sorry that I have a life and don't spend all my time obsessing over and criticizing these movies as well as treating others like crap because of their input. the name calling was uncalled for. I was just trying to socialize with people who have similar interests as me and share thoughts that I have. like I said I don't know everything but it was just a thought I had. so yeah thanks for showing me the type of people that are on this site. bye

@Arboghast
Name-calling was probably out of line for some of them, but can you honestly say that this article didn't deserve to get bashed? It wasn't properly proof-read, it wasn't properly edited, and it's so short that it might as well be a comment on a different article rather than an article in and of itself.

Everyone on this site has lives outside of the internet, but when someone writes an article here, they will be judged accordingly for the material they put out. Which is why many who want to convey ideas, and theories put work into it and make sure they're putting out something they can be proud of on the site.

Can you REALLY say you're proud of this editorial?
