RUMOR: 300: RISE OF AN EMPIRE's Sullivan Stapleton Auditions For STAR WARS EPISODE VII
Latino-Review's previous scoop about Saoirse Ronan auditioning for a role in J.J. Abrams' Star Wars Episode VII has already been confirmed today, and now it appears as if 300: Rise of an Empire star Sullivan Stapleton is the latest to try out for a role. Read on for details!
Latino-Review are reporting that Strike Back and 300: Rise of an Empire star (in which he plays 'Themistocles') Sullivan Stapleton is the latest actor to have auditioned for a role in Star Wars Episode VII. However, the actor has apparently been talking a little TOO much about reading for a part - which is unknown at this point - in the highly anticipated movie, getting him in a lot of trouble with higher-ups at Disney and Lucasfilm. Could that impact his chances of starring in the J.J. Abrams helmed project? We'll have to wait and see. Meanwhile, the site's source also adds, "don’t believe reports that they’re not filming in New Mexico, and this IMAX thing is out of context." How do you guys feel about these latest updates? Be sure to sound off in the usual place.
