Latino-Review are reporting that Strike Back and 300: Rise of an Empire star (in which he plays 'Themistocles') Sullivan Stapleton is the latest actor to have auditioned for a role in Star Wars Episode VII. However, the actor has apparently been talking a little TOO much about reading for a part - which is unknown at this point - in the highly anticipated movie, getting him in a lot of trouble with higher-ups at Disney and Lucasfilm. Could that impact his chances of starring in the J.J. Abrams helmed project? We'll have to wait and see. Meanwhile, the site's source also adds, "don’t believe reports that they’re not filming in New Mexico, and this IMAX thing is out of context." How do you guys feel about these latest updates? Be sure to sound off in the usual place.

Speaking of Jake Lloyd, at this time before opening, the Phantom Menace was already deep into production and here we are still talking about casting rumors. There ain't no way this movie is coming out in 2015.

@batz11, Yeah, but Momoa actually had the offer and tried to hold out for more money. Went with Bautista cause he was cheaper.

You detractors will only focus on the negatives. No matter how much he gets right, you'll always bring up Justice League and Planet Hulk. I think Justice League was legit, they did offer Bale and Nolan the gig, which Bale was close to signing for the 50 million, but they passed. He's been right on ALL his Starwars scoops thus far. Remember Mayimbe broke first that Cumberbatch will be a Sith.

And he broke Cumber was Khan too. But lets just focus on Justice League and Planet Hulk. And he Broke Ledger was Joker too.

I'm sorry, but guessing right on one actress auditioning doesn't suddenly make Latino Review an oracle or something like that. Seriously, they act like they know more than the studios, shut up already.

Yeah, and Cumberbatch has denied it. So don't even give him credit for that yet.

So is this going to be the new version of "So-and-SO said they'd be up for being in the Star Wars sequel"? Let's just cut to the chase on the months of rumor and speculation: Everyone rumored to have auditioned for Episode VII. Beane2099's mom (aka Beane2059) has auditioned for Episode VII.
