When Disney's acquisition of LucasFilm was announced, an interview with George Lucas and producer Kathleen Kennedy was released in which they talked in detail about the future of the franchise. Following the announcement that Michael Arndt (The Hunger Games: Catching Fire) had signed on to write the screenplay for Star Wars: Episode VII, we got a second instalment and now there's a third.
