Release Date Of Alan Taylor's TERMINATOR Reboot Pushed Back

So, only a delay of around five days, although it doesn't really move further away or closer to any other major releases as it's already surrounded by the likes of Jurassic World and Batman Vs. Superman. While it has yet to be officially confirmed, Thor: The Dark World director Alan Taylor is apparently the frontrunner to direct what will be the first in planned trilogy of standalone movies. Laeta Kalorgridis (Avatar) and Patrick Lussier (Drive Angry) are attached to write the screenplay.

If it's not official Alan Taylor is doing the reboot then that title is very misleading.

Salvation was so good! What a shame they didn't finish with a second movie at least. I had great actors and a really good story that fit perfectly along with the first 2

Is it too much to ask for the war the Cameron hinted at in T1 and T2? That's all I ask....

I wish i could go back to 1988 and convince James Cameron to do the future war movie and the sequel(T2), which would have been T3.

Ok, color me confused. I though Arnold was coming back for a Terminator 4 or 5 or something like that and not a reboot? Are they going Octopussy and Never Say Never and putting out 2 versions simultaneously?

I really want to see the future war that we only got a glimpse of in the original movies.
